Great old school lunch box and you can't go wrong with Stanley.
My husband is an equipment operator and had an old Stanley lunch box that had taken a beating. For Father's day, I decided to get a new one. The interior is a good size and has a spot for a thermos (sold separately), in the lid area. He loves the vintage "old school" look and that it's made of metal like his original one was. The hinges on the front for closure work perfectly and are secure. The handle on top makes carrying comfortable and easy.Shipping was fast and the lunchbox arrived in perfect condition.

Great
Great lunchbox! My husband uses it for work with his thermos. His thermos fits perfectly and stays locked in. It has plenty of room for his lunch snacks and fresh fruit. He loves it and he said it’s very durable.

Classic, unchanged for a reason.
This Stanley Classic Lunch Box is legit built like a tank—perfect for hauling your whole day's meals with style. The retro 1950s vibe gets me every time, and it’s seriously tough thanks to the .6 mm SPCD steel construction and heavy-duty latches and hinges that keep everything secure. What I really love is the dome lid that doubles as storage—my thermos fits snugly inside, saving space. It’s roomy enough for generous portions or feeding a crew, yet still easy to carry with that solid top handle. Vintage, unbelievably durable, and just the right size for daily lunch runs—5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really well made
As Stanley should be, this is made like a battleship. Roomy and latches work flawlessly. Space for a thermos to hang inside the lid like my dad had 60 years ago. I've seen these on YT being used for kits for camping or tools- it's made that well.

Sturdy and long-lasting except the handle
Classic lunchbox. Excellent and stylish. Have been using it everyday for work for the last 3 years. Got many comments on it. Would be a 5 star if it wasn't for the handle, after a while it begins to fall off and becomes annoying to reattach it. Will buy another eventually when old one becomes unusable but that may be a while as it still holds up.

Amazering
I luuuuuurve this metal "lunch box" tote toolbox briefcase whathaveyou. It's perfection.I also recently got the "Stanley Classic Vacuum Water Bottle 27oz" and I am DELIGHTED to find out that it PERFECTLY fits in the top of this lunchbox. And it's SUCH a cool bottle holding design. There's free-floatiing curved metal cantilever that's bottle shaped in its curvature, and a hinged, semi-curved squarish U-ish metal wire/pipe that "clicks" into place under pressure. Basically, you push "in" on the wire so that it pops out, put in your bottle on top of the cantilever, and then press down the wire until it clicks back in again. Together, top and bottom, they create pressure that keeps your bottle free-floating inside the top, leaving the entire bottom free for storage and no worries of anything being crushed.I'm doing a lot of driving recently and this is even better than I had hoped for something to carry small foods and snacks and things in. It's absolutely perfect. My two warnings are:- the metal clasps have sorta sharp edges, so if you come at this thing at any kind of angle, don't surprised to get nicked. If you use it regular, it's fine, but just be aware that this isn't lazy-proof. It's actual metal, it can hurt.- the handle is clearly moulded plastic, but mine came a little notched in the sliding part where it can lay flat or be up taller. the notched plastic makes it extra stiff and it's just mildly annoying. also nothing that you can't fix with an exacto knife and a tiny bit of patience :)I got this for like 38 bucks, I think, and I'm very very very happy with it. basically the price of an ok backpack, but it's gorgeous and well-made and I dunno why but the simple genius of the water bottle holder is gonna have me entertained for the rest of my life.If you like the look and are even considering get this, I say just go and get it, you'll love it, you know you'll love it, you're just trying to justify the price. truth is, it does feel a bit pricey, but I'm so so so glad I actually go it.enjoy!!!
