After remaking a couple parts is now working fine. If you know how tweet this unit and make two or three part, It is a good value for the money. If not spend a little more and buy one that is made for your saw.

works perfect for my small shop, ease of changeability allows me to use it for several different power tools and to be able to wheel it outside easily for large jobs and for keeping the sawdust out of the shop. wouldn't be without it,. construction and material heavy duty, should last several lifetimes.

While the roofers were working on our house they brought out their saw stand and I immediately wanted one. It holds my miter saw with ease and very secure. The extensions for the wood is excellent. Wish I knew about this years ago.

Very usefull takes up little space when not in use

I have used this stand for about 3 years. I like that is is portable, and folds into a nice compact package for easy storage. I carry all my tools in a trailer, and I can hang it on metal shelf supports up and out of the way. Two tarp straps hold it into position, durring transport, and it has never moved. It is versatile, it can be used by most makes of saws. It is easy to adjust to different saw table heights, has reasonable support for long stock, and is also stable enough to hold my 52lb. Makita 12" dual bevel slide miter saw. The wheels did not last more than a week. They are made of light plastic, and can not stand up to every day use. I removed them and only miss not having wheels when I'm working in close confines with long moldings. Other wise I don't move it once it is set up. I also find that it is a little heavy for the constant moving in and out of the trailer, but the saw I have is'nt light either. It does the job, and when it is set up, the working height is just right. The only other drawback, (which is easy to change, since we do work with wood) is the mdf boards that attach to the bottom of the saw also do not stand up to constant use. I've been looking for a lighter model, with much the same verstility, and after looking and reading other reviews, have decided for the price this is a good stand. I give this stand 4 Stars instead of 3.

Most miter-saw stands with the features I wanted cost around two hundred dollars and are ideally suited for the professional, which I'm not. I spotted this stand in my local HD (at about half the cost listed here); researched its features and users' reviews of it on the web; bought it. Assembly was straight-forward with clear instructions. In use, the mounting is secure, and the stand stays put with rock-solid sturdiness and effortlessly extends to balance and precisely position very long pieces of lumber. Once the saw is dismounted the stand folds flat.Wolfcraft delivers on every feature of this stand. Great for around the house or workshop; even with the saw mounted, the stand can be wheeled easily across floors. I only wish it had larger (and locking) wheels to give more mobility outside on uneven terrain. But I'm not complaining. I get more than my money's worth every time I use it. There are better stands out there, but not at the much lower price I paid for this one.
