Super-Durable Construction and Quality
First off, I want to state that I have been using Gardena hose products for 30 years. I was buying these back when Channel Lumber and Rickels Home Centers were still around...before the days of Lowes and Home Depot (HD sold Gardena products when they first opened).I have been a huge fan of the quality, versatility and durability of these fantastic products. As far as this nozzle goes, the construction and durability are first-rate. How people can complain that the water flow valve breaks makes me scratch my head. I have to seriously wonder if they mishandle this nozzle (drop it on concrete, asphalt, stone, brick, etc.). I have checked this water flow control valve very thoroughly. And for the life of me, I cannot see how it could become defective unless it is "abused" (dropped on hard surfaces). As for the three spray patterns (Stream, Shower, Variable Mist / Cone), I find these to be highly effective. Naturally, water pressure varies by the area you live in, water pressure in your home, and maybe the faucet and hose you use.I want to assure you that I was not given this product for free, and had to pay for it.

Works as advertised
Works good, replacing older version from same company without the power wash feature. Hope it fairs better as the concept, design and functionality are fine, it's the plastic moving parts that do not last. So, if you really like it, buy another as designs change and this exaact model will likely not be around should you want to replace when it wears out.

SAME GREAT GARDENA QUALITY
Nice to have products that actually improve as opposed to being victims of Chinese mass production and lack of quality control. This Gardena Spray Nozzle has some new features: a softer head so it won't break when inevitably dropped on a sidewalk. There is stronger material in the whole unit, it has a wonderful thumb control for the delivery of pressure and turn off and the quick connect attachment is a more durable material as well. Wish they carried these new connector units. But after 5 or more seasons with the same devices, lightly tended to, they all still work like new for us. Gardena can be counted on for being the best.

Great to use but not durable
I have always used Gardena products. I bought two of these nozzles about a year ago. Initially, I loved them! The stream is powerful and reaches far, the sprays are easily adjusted and continuous, and the on-off swivel is easy to use. Although they are among the more expensive wand-nozzle that Gardena makes, they looked better made than others, with less plastic. Unfortunately, the weak aspect is still the plastic on-off swivel, which broke within a season (I had another Gardena nozzle that lasted about 10 years--when it finally broke, it was the same problem--the swivel). The other nozzle I bought at the same time is still going strong, but it's only been a season. A second caution with regard to this product is that the quick connect is constructed slightly differently than the other quick connects Gardena makes, and so doesn't work as well with the regular "gray" male connectors. This will be an issue if you want to hook the hose up to other products.

Time will tell
Good, controllable spray pattern; if kept moving, will not plaster plants to the ground like most. Flow shutoff works well. Not as much reach as their spray wand but flow lever is much more robust and doesn't feel like it will break immediately like the one on the wand. Rubber edge guard on thetip is a nice touch for setting down.........

Total garbage!
This is supposed to be their 'premium' handle but it's not any better than their standard nozzle. I had the standard nozzle for about 2 weeks before it developed a crack at the head where the trigger mechanism meets the body and became useless. I never dropped or threw the handle on the ground...so, fast forward to me ordering their premium nozzle and after 2 summers of very mild use and care, the head is now pouring water from the seal and the lever that controls how much water gets sprayed split in half.Won't be buying any more Gardena products ever again.

High quality products that just work and I love the quick connect systems that other manufacturers cannot get ...
I discovered Gardena products while stationed in Germany. Since then that is all I use in my yard. High quality products that just work and I love the quick connect systems that other manufacturers cannot get right. I use this sprayer almost every day and have had zero problems.

Loved it, but fragile and broke prematurely.
Update: The on/off control bar for the sprayer turned out to be too fragile. One side snapped off after a year, inconveniently right after the warranty expired. I tried to glue it back on, which worked for about six months, but then the whole control bar broke off.I've owned countless garden sprayers in my life and this is the first one I've really liked. It is large enough to be comfortable to hold, durable, and easy to handle. There are three different major settings that make sense, and countless sub-settings by changing the pressure using the thumb control. Some other competitor's nozzles have 10 or more settings, most of which are useless and hard to select. The jet setting on this nozzle is strong and blasts away debris, but my favorite setting is the middle one which is great for watering grass or vegetables.
