Neck true to size, shirt is not
I am giving this 3 stars primarily because it is difficult to find Ladies uniform shirts. Two stars off because of fit. I am 5'3" 110lbs & ordered size small. The cut of the blouse is more of a medium than small. The only small part of the shirt is the neck which is pretty tight. The length for my height, hits below my butt, so much for being able to tuck in. The material is very well made, a thick cotton, not see-through, but is cool enough for warm weather. The collar has stays seen in so it stands up very well. The epaulets don't work well as the epaulet sleeve is the length of the shoulder and not the length of traditional epaulet shoulder sleeves. My epaulets fall below my shoulder making it look messy. I plan to continue my search for a uniform shirt made for a women's shape.

These shirts are sized as expected and are nicely tailored for fitted but relaxed comfort
At I am 5'4" 150lbs, I was having much difficulty finding a quality women's pilot shirt that wasn't too loose around torso and always pulling loose from tuck or else too tight in shoulder and arm area. I experimented with sizes but wasn't having any luck. These shirts are sized as expected and are nicely tailored for fitted but relaxed comfort. I am very happy to have found these pilot shirts. Nicely made!

Quality of shirt is good.However I believe I got the sizing wrong as I purchased this for a child and an adult size is what I received. Overall quality is good size was off.
