So far so great
I am thoroughly impressed at just how much I am getting for the price. The misconception is that this product is supposed to last all day and fully charge your phone. Thats not what this particular gadget does. The point of this device is to be like a small extention to the phones batter to give you the extra juice you need to male it through the day and this it does well. On top of that the fact that the speakers on the bottom front fire now is a bonus. So far I am loving this product.

Works Great
10 years ago these things were $100 bucks a pop. Now only for $10??? Great Deal. Keep in mind that this is supposed to be for emergencies. After testing it, on a dead phone, it charged it to 80% before the case died. This is enough for me. I think people expect too much of these things.

USB-C port on case allows full use of USB-C port (not only charging)
PROS: This is quite a bit thinner than my previous battery case, and easier to hold. Plugging a charging cable to the USB-C port charges both the battery case and the phone at the same time, and the phone reported fast charging when plugged into an appropriate power brick. What really blew me away was that the battery case allows data transfer through the USB-C port. Most other battery cases require the phone to be removed from the case in order to use the full functionality of the USB-C port. I imagine USB-C to HDMI will also work, but I will have to test that out independently. When case is charging, the charging lights don't stay illuminated. Qi charging works as expected.CONS: Battery capacity is not exceptional. My phone was discharged to 45% and the battery case was at 100%. I was using the phone constantly, so I turned on the charging case. It only charged from 45% to around 80% before the battery case was empty. The hole for the headphone jack is quite deep and many headphone cables (ones with certain L-shaped connectors or anything larger than a slim housing) won't be able to be plugged into the headphone jack with the phone in the case. My JBL headphones fit even though they have a slight bend to the connector housing. When case is charging, have to press the button briefly to see the charge status of the case as the charging lights don't stay on. When removing the case from the charger, it is automatically in the "charging" state for the phone.UNKNOWN: Haven't tried Samsung Pay yet with the phone in the case.

Has problems with charging
I bought this mophie battery case for the Samsung Galaxy S10. For the most part it worked as expected. The case's battery life was okay, but not great -- I expected this when I bought it because other reviewers have said the same thing. In the span of my first week owning it, I would use my wireless charger to charge my phone and battery case every night. When on the wireless charger, it charges the phone first to 100% then the case. Here's the one thing that made me give it a 1-star -- sometime overnight the case stopped charging which also meant the phone stopped charging. When I charge the phone every night there isn't much power left on the case and the phone because I use my phone a lot throughout the day. So when the case stopped charging, the phone eventually drained the case battery down to 0% then my phone went down to 0% and SHUT OFF. This didn't happen every time, but it happened twice in the first week. I use a normal plug-in alarm clock to wake me up in the mornings and use the phone's alarm as a back up. If I would have only used the phone, I would've been late twice. If I can't trust that my phone will wake me up in the mornings, then that's a deal breaker. 1 star. My phone never had this problem before and when I tried charging without the case it was always fine. So it was the case not the phone. It's possible that I got a defective unit, but I didn't want to exchange the unit knowing that this might happen again. Returned for a refund.

Love it.
Makes my phone a little bulky, but can't argue with the dramatic increase in battery life. This + phone battery lasts 2-3 days, and I dont have to worry about my phone dyeing from heavy use in a single day.

So far so good but with a design flaw
I've used battery back up cases for years. Multiple brands and I like Mophie more than most. This one is good so far but it does have a design flaw. It does pass through charging, and they say it prioritizes the phone over the case. That's good and I'll edit my review if I see something different. The design flaw is this - when you stop charging your phone (either from the cable of wirelessly), it automatically starts charging the phone from the case. I've never had a case do this before. It's annoying because I try to only need the case for emergencies, which makes the battery last longer. Now, I have to turn the case off every time I stop charging. This may not be a big deal for some, but if I had known this from the beginning, I would have chosen a different case.

Mophie quality A+
This will be the 3rd mophie pack I've purchased. They always have good quality and this slim design makes sure it can easily fit in a pocket. It does not come with a screen protector, so strongly suggest you purchase one with this. Also, charge the mophie without the phone for the first charge.
