So I just started these pills 4 days ago. I am only taking one a day because I'm sensitive to pills, But so glad that I set this up for every two months of auto-ship with Amazon. I wake up everyday now before my alarm goes off and genuinely feel happy and motivated to start the day. So yes, I Love these pills and am already seeing the multiple benefits from taking just one tablet every morning. Thank you for this amazing product. I also should add I am nearing fifty and have experienced a lot of weight gain recently, I feel it's hormone and menopause-related. I am confident that these pills are going to help me through this.

The flavor is okay. You taste it for a few seconds and then it’s gone. How well does it work?It doesn’t, at all. I took it 30 minutes before eating food and nothing changed. Then I tried an hour, 2 hours, 5 hours before eating food and it still didn’t work. If anything, I seemed to be even more hungry 🤔. It also says it will help you focus and be energized…didn’t do that either.The description says available for refund or exchange but when I went to refund it I wasn’t able to.

Found that this product was not for me.

Works well did notice some fat/weight loss, just have to stay on it

Along with a healthy diet and the taking of L Carnitine (also ordered from Amazon) in three weeks I lost eight pounds. My diet has been eating lots of vegetables, some fruits lean meats, sticking to chicken, fish and legumes, and healthy snacks like a serving of walnuts or sunflower seeds. It doesn’t fell like I’m dieting. The only thing I quit was breads and sugar. For this reason I have no cravings. I totally recommend this supplement.
