Gigolo All the Way

JN Welsh delivers a well written novel about a desperate woman who rents a Gigolo for the holidays and gets more than she bargain for. The book is sexy but also sweet with a family theme. The book would make a great stocking stuffer. —mcf

This is my first review for this author and I liked it enough to sign up for the newsletter. Elle has been tormented long enough by her family at the issue of getting a serious relationship so she decides to hire a gigolo. While Cole was entertaining a client, he meets Elle while she is drunk and despite her condition, he is intrigued. He decides to retire and begin his own counseling services while working for Elle as his last client. Elle takes Cole home to meet the family over Christmas and it blows up in their faces.I received a gifted copy. I am voluntarily leaving an honest review. I honestly love this story and this author!

Loved this short story. It was entertaining and full of love. It reminded me of the movie "the wedding date". The dialogue between the characters was great and the author didn't try to cram everything about their lives, into a short story. Because there was a lot of dialogue between characters and not a lot of narrating it was easy to read and it kept you glues to the book. The story line is not like a romance fantasy; it is almost reality. I could easily see this happening in real life. Great first read from this author.

I could feel for the main character of the book whom felt pressured by her Mom to bring her boyfriend home for the holidays. However, if she didn’t she would be sleeping in the twin’s room WITH them!! Little did her Mom know ELLE did not have a boyfriend but made up she did to seek approval from her family.This is Elle’s and Cole’s story. The girl that needed a stand in boyfriend for 10 days during Christmas Vacation to please her family. Cole P a Gigolo who needed a job that paid good money. What started out being a job turned out to be so much more.

JN Welsh did an exceptional job at capturing the readers attention. I was hooked, this book had me laughing and in near tears. It's a story of Elle who is need of a fake boyfriend to keep her family off her back during the holidays and Cole the hired boyfriend and how it ended in love.***I voluntarily read an ARC of this book from Candid Book Reviews and this is my honest review.***

Cute, classic retelling of the fake boyfriend story. Note perfect, both Elle and Cole are at turning points in their lives, and seeking romance in spite of their awkward start. Plenty of holiday cheer despite reading this in summer!

Hiring a male escort to take home for her family's Christmas leads to many joys and problems, but they fall in love. I was surprised how much more the book was about her family dynamic than the dynamic between her and the escort . but it was a treat to read about such a good family rather than a family that causes nothing but conflict for the main characters as in so many romance novels. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
