Is this shellac or vinyl lux as described in the description box? Looks like shellac to me

The bottle in this picture says GEL polish I have this color and think it is lovely. Actually CND usually is considered shellac! Hmm! I just looked up the description and your right it says vinyl lux wow. Now the question needs to be answered by the selling company. I better relook at my own bottle!

Anyone know if this color is darker or lighter than the picture? I’m looking for a 1st coat to use with a 2nd coat of Romantique, thanks!

It looks exactly like the bottle... Almost exactly the color of a Tiffany's jewelry box..
