I have lower back pain most mornings. Mostly from the recent weight gain. This pillow provides my back with the needed support for sleeping on my side and on my back. I have not had any back pain in the last 4 nights of sleeping on this pillow.

This small wedge-shaped pillow was recommended by my Pilates teacher for use in the classes. But I also found it was great for supporting my lower back while I sleep.

I bought this pillow for lower back pain relief and was amazed in how great I felt after waking up in the morning.I recommend this product 100% to people with lower back pain.

Bought for my 88 year old mom to alleviate pain from severe osteoarthritis. Helped her a little and was comfortable .

I use this when I sleep for lumbar support. I really wish this was raised a bit higher. It's only okay. Not the greatest solution if you turn in your sleep.

I returned it since it didn't help me. But that could have just be me.

I've had lower back pain for the last couple of months and haven't been able to sleep comfortably at all. I was a little skeptical on purchasing something that offered a quick fix, but I'm so glad I did! I'm a light sleeper and am up numerous times a night due to stress from work, going to the bathroom and discomfort. The first night, I slept 5 hours straight (which I haven't done in a LONG time) and felt good when I got up to go to the bathroom. Went back to bed and out of pure laziness, I threw the pillow on the floor so I wouldn't have to mess with adjusting it (there is some getting used to it). Woke up about 2 hours later and I was in misery from back pain. Haven't slept without it since that night and I feel great! I'm thinking of buying another as a back up, just in case they're not available in the future and mine gets worn down/out. I honestly love it and don't think I can live without it now! ;0)
