Perfect for rainy day school pickup
I keep this in my car and whip it on when it’s rainy! It’s thick plastic with mesh on the sides for breathability. We have to walk up and wait outside to get big brother from school. This is perfect for those rainy days.

Easy to wipe down, suits our needs, well worth the money.
Bought with intent to use in rainy weather - ended up using sooner and more frequently during local COVID outbreaks..-Design and quality material will keep out a drizzle, (and most droplets should passers-by sneeze/cough).-Function, it's honestly kind of annoying to have to remove the whole thing in order to give my baby the Paci, adjust him in any way - but I think that's a reasonable sacrifice for the sake of performing well to keep out rain.-Material is easy to wipe down, without leaving streaks. Remains clear after much use.-Only concern is airflow for anyone considering using this in high-humidity. There are mesh panels on either sided of the handle area at the bottom for airflow. It's a dry winter here right now, and we are only using the rain cover to protect our newborn from wind chill and as an excuse to not let people touch the baby.Overall, well priced for the item received. As expected for the brand.

Top of the line. Worth the price.
I researched infant car seats for months before I decided to give this (higher end, expensive) car seat a try. Not disappointed! This car seat has the feel of quality, the build to last, and the aesthetic design to please. The car seat is comfortable for baby (she knocks out in it right away), and is spacious enough to allow her to grow in it. But the real quality are in what you don't see: (1) the latch system and (2) the base.(1) the latch system is incredible, easy to use, easy to store when not in use, and feels safer than other latch systems I've used in the past. A simple press of an orange button releases the latch from the base and easily latches onto the vehicle.(2) the base feels like it's filled with sand and metal. It's heavy, but feels safe! This base is the foundation of the safety of the Mesa, and its obvious when you install it into your vehicle. I don't own a vehicle myself, so I rent up to 3 times a month, and installing/uninstalling this seat is always a breeze! I would absolutely recommend this seat to parents!By the way, I loved this seat so much I ended up buying the entire Vista stroller - such is my confidence in Uppababy now.

Fits the Chicco Keyfit 30 (almost!)
We love this. There's a small gap on either side under the mesh when we put it on our Chicco Keyfit30. It really does not bother us at all.We bought this for Baby more for COVID protection than for bad weather. Because the mesh is there, we know it's not perfect COVID protection... but we'd also like a baby that can breathe. We use this at the pediatrician's office in the waiting room, where there are so many sick kids.We also use it in the apartment's elevator.Prior to purchasing this, we draped a swaddle cloth or baby blanket over the car seat. That worked for a while, but now Baby freaks out when he can't see outside. We remove the cover when we get outside and it is sunny. 1. Don't want Baby to overheat and 2. The plastic has spots that increase the glare of the sun.For the price, this is a must buy for us!

White print visible
The cover fits well. Side ventilation is adequate. My only complaint is the white writing on the canopy side of the cover. I wish they would make it black/ smaller print or as a tag instead of writing on the entire canopy side.

Works great! A must have for rainy spring days!
Purchased this after some really rainy spring weather here in NorCal. I am really liking this cover for protecting my little guy. We had my older daughters morning Softball Opening Day parade and my lil babe was the only one perfectly dry in the rainy chaos! The cover is made so well, and is so easy to attach. The mesh side vents are a really nice addition for breathability and the opening for the handle is great. I am not able to attach this one handed as I try to do almost anything while having a newborn lol but it is fast and easy anyway. I keep the cover in my car most of the time just in case there is rando rain and that has happened several times. Do make sure to pay attention to the handle flap since a bit of rain can make it to your babes face while open. A quick adjustment of the angle you are holding the carrier and closing the flap bit keeps them from getting wet. Absolutely reccomend for anyone with the Mesa.

Great rain, wind and Germ Shield
We get so many compliments on this and people are astonished that it’s just intended to be a rain cover. It also works very well for Wintory weather even if there’s no precipitation. It does a great job of blocking the wind. We’ve been using this for the last six months since our baby was born (with the Mesa). I use it as a germ-shield! When I take him to a doctors appointment, I always put this on to serve as a mask or shield. Every Doctor and Nurse we’ve seen has commented how brilliant this is for that purpose. It’s not a perfect shield, because there is side mesh for air flow (important to have), but I feel SO MUCH BETTER having this on the car seat!

Nicely made, strong wind blew it off my cybex aton car seat
I bought this as an Amazon warehouse deal for a great price. I used this rain cover for the first time in very windy, but not rainy weather. I was hoping it would protect my three day old baby from the strong wind but the wind blew it off of my Cybex aton car seat. While the rain cover is the perfect size for my car seat, I think the elastic would fit more securely on most other car seats where the car seat shell under the baby's feet goes in (Cybex infant car seat shells are rounded). I plan to only use this in the rain and will make sure to hold it on the car seat if it's very windy.Update: I used this again on a drizzly and cold day. The cover worked perfectly. It kept my baby dry and better insulated from the cold. It didn't blow off at all.
