These work great! If I go anywhere & suspect things may not be GF in their preparation even though they say it is, I take these. They are a wonderful back up if needed. They work great. Easy to swallow, value is excellent, especially when it involves health!

Omgggggg. I’m in Tahiti and VERY gluten sensitive. I haven’t had gluten in about 13 years. I bought this for the first time for this trip and tried it yesterday. I took one pill for each meal that I attempted to eat gluten. It completely worked!!!! I had half a chocolate croissant, a small piece of baguette, a vanilla wafer in my açaí bowl, and three slices of pizza!!!!!!!! No stomach pain, joint pain, or GI issues. This is a game changer! I know that the different wheat crop here could be a factor but the fact remains that I was able to try it for the first time in years. My mind is blown! Buy this!

I need to avoid anything with wheat in it. These pills allow me to have a LITTLE wheat. For instance, if we are eating out and I order a hamburger, I only eat half the bun and give the other half to my husband.

Seems to keep me from having cramps and digestive issues when eating gluten

I've used this product for a few years now & can enjoy the occasional gluten containing meal without the discomfort that gluten gives me. I do try not to eat items containing gluten, but sometimes I just need good bread or pasta!

Very useful. My girlfriend has an intolerance to gluten, and these help her whenever we go to a restaurant or an event where we can't control the food. They help her temporarily eat without a problem and not have to worry about having to run to the bathroom. They help her stomach a lot. They don't have a specific taste, so they're easy to digest.

Super simple. I was trying FODZYME before this and was paying a lot. I wanted to give these a shot but worried that it wouldn't be as effective because it was cheaper, but not only was it more effective, it was simpler, and I have a much better value. I have minimal gas and no digestive issues to report after using these. Will definitely be buying this again. My hesitance around gluten is gone 😊. Note: I just have a gluten intolerance. I get brain fog and I'm not sure about the digestive issues. I don't have celiac disease, so take this review with a grain of salt.
