Not the best but kinda gets the job done
It does work at least to some extent which is more than what I expected. It chokes you more than it extends the neck.There is a screw cap that release the air it took me a while to figure it out. The materials is a bit rough on the skin.I don’t think this product is gonna last long but will wait and watch
