I tried other collagen products and had no improvement. However I gave this one a try. After just two weeks taking three per day I had the most improvement with my finger nails. They seem to be growing faster but the best part is they are strong! No more cracking and pealing! I’ve noticed my skin seems smoother and less pain in my hands and knees. Of the four collagen brands I have used, this one is my favorite, hands down! Mixes thoroughly with no gritty feel, ABSOLUTELY no odor and no taste!! No upset stomach and no nasty post-consumption burrrps. Packaging is appropriate - not a bag - so no waste and comes with its own scoop. My husband and I are a little older, and our remaining at-home child is a competitive athlete (half serving for this one!), so while I am seeing some results like my skin seems plumper and doesn’t bruise as easily, more time will be needed to assess the rest of the claims. I blend my serving into my coffee every morning, while I serve my husband and child their serving in breakfast smoothies.

Too soon to tell how effective these capsules are since I only purchased them five days ago. One thing for sure though, the company is not fully filling each capsule with the product. I don’t know why they are doing this but in any event it is cheating the consumer out of what they paid for and that is full capsules…

I highly recommend this product for a number of reasons! My pain is gone, the pain when you get up-to start walking , getting out of the car after riding for several hours and having to stand there for a few minutes just to get going …. GONE 😊 I am on bottle #10 Just turned 67 and moved to our new home with 20 steps up to the door. I go up snd down sometimes 10+ times a day 😊
