Met and exceeded all expectation - 3 years and counting
Since my original Amazon.com purchase, this has lasted me over 3 years and counting - with it I have adjusted numerous watchbands, both mine and that of my friends and family and have yet to break the original pin. (Update details below original review.)*Original Review: 12/31/2010" Upon reading some of the lower rated reviews, I was admittedly skeptical and uncertain when it came to actually ordering the product. When I finally received it and tried the device out for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it actually works quite perfectly. It's plastic and it felt exactly like plastic, but not in a bad way; I'm not sure what kind "higher quality" of material people are anticipating. After adjusting THREE men's watchbands without breaking a single pin, I'm convinced that the low ratings were simply administered by the impatient or imperceptive. All in all, a fantastic little mechanism - especially for the price.*UPDATE: 2/27/2014* This still continues to be my "go-to" watch band adjustment tool. I have yet to encounter a metal watch band that I am not able to manipulate with this brilliantly simple and effective device. The plastic, despite feeling light and "cheap," has held up very well over the years. I've adjusted my own watch bands numerous times, as well as that of my friends and family, without ever breaking a single pin. Yes - I am still on my ORIGINAL pin and have yet to use any of the included replacements. (I refer you to my original review commentary, in which I still have absolutely no clue how others complain about breaking them.) Great little device that has withstood the test of time, saving me a good deal of hassle and money.

Buy it. Easy to use.
You are going to read a lot of reviews where people complained about these things being difficult to use or easy to break... ignore them. This thing is cheaply made, granted, but it only cost about six bucks and it was well worth it. Difficult to use? The directions are on the back of the package. The watch band had arrows indicating which way to push out the pins. Line up the tool with the hole the pin is in and twist the knob. How tough is that? I resized my new Invicta in about five minutes. No damage to the watch, no damage to this little tool. I may never need to use it again but for six bucks, who cares?

Link Pin Remover
Pros:This Product does the job. Low cost and I didn't have to pay a watch repair specialist $20.00 to do it. Make sure you do it on a clean surface so you do not lose any part(s). Received this item via Usps in a few days as standard.Cons:It's 95% plastic. It's a little rickety because it is plastic, but it still does the job nicely. If you are a professional watch or jewelry repair, this product may not make it past a few dozen customers so buy a couple extras if you plan on going the cost efficient route

Junk watch band tool
This watch band link removal tool is a piece of junk. The pin dye broke the first time I used it. Luckily they send three with it and they are easy to replace. The reason they send three is because they know it's poorly made. The plastic pieces are of low quality as well. I suppose you get what you pay for and this cost me under $10. What good is a tool if you can't use it after a few times though? Spend more and buy a tool that will last you.

Works as designed
I got tired of paying a jeweler $10 to $15 each time my wife or I needed to adjust the flexible metal bracelets on our watches. There's a charge to take out links to make a new watch fit and after a year or two of wear, the bracelet tends to loosen so it needs adjustment, again. We've spent over $60 over the last 5 years for this service. Then, the last time I had it done, I saw the person in the jewelry store sit at a desk and use a simple looking tool to push the pins out that hold the bracelet links together. So, I wondered how much something like that tool would cost. To my amazement, there were several to choose from on Amazon for less than $10.I put one in my 'cart' and waited until I had enough to qualify for the free shipping for orders of $25 or more.It works like a charm - easy to operate and easy to understand. It looks kinda cheezy because it's almost all plastic but it works very well. I've made adjustments to my two watches, my wife's watch and my son's watch - all without any problem and it only takes about 5 minutes per band!Jim

Paylak LK6-4 Watch Band sizing tool, Watch Repair Kit
Ive read some bad reviews on this product and Ive read some good reviews. For $4.25 and no shipping its really a no brainer. I followed the good reviews advice, go slow and easy and you will have no problem. I also found a you tube vid on watch band sizing for Invicta Bracelet Watches, that was the best. Now for the review: Item is kinda cheap, but it works really well and does what it is suppose to. Yeah no instructions really come with it, so go to youtube and find one. All you do is follow the arrow direction, (if your band has them, mind does), place the pin pusher close to the pin hole, and make sure the other side where the pin comes out is in the space provided. Now start turning the little knob slowly, keeping an eye on the area the pin comes out of. Keep it all slow and in 10 mins you will have your band resized. That is how long it took me, but I had 6 links to remove, I have small wrists. So they give you like five of these pins pusher things in case you break one, however if you go slow and are not rough you shouldnt break any. So for $4.25 and no shipping, you really cant go wrong. If I would have taken this to my local jewelers, they might have charged anywhere from $10 to $15 dollars to do this. So this little item has paid for itself. Do yourself a favor and get one, be a DIY person.

... pins breaking when trying to remove links in thewatch band, but the instructions that came with mine ...
Other reviewers have commented on the pins breaking when trying to remove links in the watch band, but the instructions that came with mine said that there would be a directional arrow on the back side of the links that were removable, and to push the watch band pin the way it was marked. Doing so I foiund removal easy and broke no pins that came with this tool. It worked perfectly and easily removed the band links. Getting the removed pins back in place was a bit more difficult, as one end of the pins is larger than the other, so they will only easily go in one way. The sizing tool isn't used for reinstall.

Easy to use
Came on time. Easy to use.4 stars only because it was plastic and bends a little if tight as you wind the screw so doesn't line up exactly.Just be gentle and take your time.
