Yummy
The sugar quality was great, so was the texture. Color was normal also. When using it for baking and making lemonade it was delicious.

Granulated White Cane Sugar, but it's Vegan
I bought this sugar from Amazon rather than my local grocery because it's white cane sugar, AND it's labeled vegan. I'm a vegetarian, and it's never certain if sugar is processed in a vegetarian/vegan manner unless it's labeled that way. The big name brands you think of when you think of sugar are definitely not vegetarian/vegan. I usually wind up getting the organic sugar that's less refined and off-white or tan-colored.The organic sugar is fine in most cases, though it takes longer to dissolve on, say, breakfast cereal or in coffee. But for baking sugar cookies I prefer to use vegan white granulated cane sugar, which is impossible to find locally. And the organic darker sugar is not safe to use in making hummingbird nectar for feeders, either. This does cost more per pound than, say, store-brand granulated white cane sugar, but it's not far above the big name brands. And since I'm used to buying organic sugar to make sure it's vegan, this product is actually cheaper per pound for me than my usual! The 4-pound bag has been out of stock for months now, but oddly, the 2-pack of 4-pound bags has been consistently in stock. You don't really save anything by buying 2 at a time, but I don't mind having extra on hand, either. I bought it most recently for holiday baking, and I always wind up needing more sugar than I have on hand that time of year anyway, so that wasn't an issue. This is granulated cane sugar, and it's the same texture, bakes the same, is the same color, and for all purposes is identical to other brands of granulated cane sugar. It's just whitened differently from other brands, which makes it vegan. Happy baking!

Sugar sugar
It's sugar. Nothing fancy about it, well packaged, didn't leak and works as intended.

Sugars are not all the same.
The bag was perfect size and being able to re-seal the bag after opening was key; didn't have to waste another dish to pour the sugar into. It was pure white, perfect taste, and no flakes of anything not white throughout. Slightly more expensive, but worth the price for not spilling sugar everywhere when used.

Better than the "big" brands
This sugar is of better quality than the big-name brands. I used roughly 2/3 of the "normal" amount to get the desired sweetness in my tea and coffee. It's more expensive than those brands, but well worth it if you can afford the additional cost.

Very Good
This is good sugar that is well-packaged. Unlike some other brands, this is not clumpy. It also seems a little finer than other brands, but that is not a bad thing. I use sugar regularly enough that I have this set up on subscribe and save and it is wonderful! I have a cannister that I keep my sugar in, but this is packaged in a resealable bag that would be good for someone that did not keep it in a cannister.
