Deck Goes Beyond Expectations
I wanted to expand my exercise routine but I can't always recall which ones to do and didn't want to spent large sums of cash on DVD sets. Nothing against DVDs but they become redundant and boring after a while. I also want the muscles not to become complacent as its the same movements, no changes, then I start to slack off.I found these cards while searching for a new DVD set. At the lower price but with 52 different exercises, I couldn't go wrong. I found this deck to be great. I can use them at the gym in the office, I use them at home, and I can use them while I'm traveling for work. the deck takes little to no space and don't require a TV or PC to play. The cards are clearly marked and instruct on how to do each one, Along with a bar code to view it if wanted. Given its all body weight you can use hand weights on some if you wanted, though body weight is more than enough for me. I used to take some instruct led gym classes and the cards are similar if not the same as the deck of cards. There is an expansion pack and a harder pack as well for a bit more. I wish I got them all in one shot. Since I didn't, I put the expansion pack on my wishlist. Some may think that the price for a deck of cards may seem steep but once you get them, you know you are getting your money's worth. I like to shuffle the deck and get random ones, keeps the body guessing.

Saw FitDeck on Shark Tank, then I saw this on Life Hacker, bought it, And now I'm in love
I saw a product like this on Shark tank and was intrigued. I definitely thought it was a step in an interesting direction when it comes to working out. So I decided to pick these up. Its only 16 bucks, and what the hey, I have been telling myself "I need to start working out.I bought it and went thru the deck, its basically a list of suggested workouts. What makes it awesome is that you DO NOT NEED ANYTHING for it, Just yourself. THAT Is what really makes this awesome. A cell phone with QR reader is a good idea to make things easier too.The anatomy of the cards are genius. Depending on how/what you want to work out, this helps if you have a set idea of what you want to do.NOW where this product falls short is, now you have these stack of cards, now what? It suggest 'games' in its video, but I cant really think of any game i could play with these cards. I just shuffle them, and pick the top 10-15.Other than that, you have to put in some work to understand the 'system' (the anatomy of the cards, the color coding, etc), and these do take dedication, but seriously, I'm happy with it. Definitely worth the money if you're trying to get into just at home (or on break at work) workouts. My GF, who is a lazy bum can even do these so it works out.

Good set of exercises to build a workout
These are good workout cards for exercises not needing equipment. I was looking for cards to remind me of the exercises I know and introduce a few so I can build a workout easily. These do that. The exercises are generally easy to understand and there are QR codes you can scan if you need more information. The size is decent, and although I'd prefer slightly larger, these work well. The box to hold all of the cards is handy, especially the magnetic closure. There are some cards in the deck that are basically the same exercise but there's so many cards that this isn't really a big issue.Ways to improve (minor):1) The cards can be tough to get out of the box without dumping all of them out. You can't just remove some off of the top. A little notch in the box would allow you to remove some of the cards without removing all of them.2) Better coating is needed to protect the cards from accidental spills, etc. The current coating doesn't really protect them well if they get wet, but is sufficient for sweaty hands (unless maybe if you're dripping wet and palm them good). This may not be an issue for some people but I'm a little clumsy and liable to spill water on them eventually. Plus, I have a toddler who thought they should go in the sink under running water. Thankfully, I caught her right away, but I would have felt less panicked if they were more water resistant/proof. I immediately dried off the ones that got wet and they seem fine except the very edges (which isn't important anyway).3) Could include a hole in the corner and a small carabineer or quick release ring to hold the cards you are using for the current workout. I couldn't find workout cards with this feature and I don't know why. I'd love to be able to flip from one exercise to the next during a workout. This seems like an easy way to go through a workout. Ok, maybe my clumsiness is contributing to this desire too, so I don't have to try to hold onto multiple cards and end up with them everywhere when I drop them. But I bet others would like it too.In short, if you are looking for a way to quickly put together and keep track of exercises in a workout that don't require equipment, I recommend this set.

Fantastic to keep workouts fresh
The fact that there are multiple games to play with the cards is a great feature. Whether using solo or w others, these are very convenient. The only negative is that the QR codes are too small to scan on my phone. But the URL works fine for the videos. Unfortunately the videos don't explain anything the card doesn't. But the videos are perfect for someone who doesn't understand the well-written description or someone who is new to a specific exercise. The cards have a lot on them, but the layout is easy to learn (a map/key/instruction card is included) and once learned I was impressed with the amount of information on each card; especially the balance of information with the flashcard-like ease/speed at which I could use them.I would suggest using these cards for a Tabata circuit, a HIIT workout, or for a short workout if you only have 5-15 minutes to get your sweat on.I definitely recommend these for experts and novices alike. For novices they explain a lot of varied exercises, and for experts it helps keep routines fresh and might even remind you of an exercise you learned but forgot existed.
