J5 Tactical V1-PRO Flashlight - The Original 300 Lumen Ultra Bright, LED Mini 3 Mode Flashlight

I have 5 of these little guys and they are great. The one AA battery in them lasts a while. I have one in each vehicle and a couple scattered through the house. I bought them when they were $10 each, they've gone up a bit. But still a great little flashlight

Originally wanted a small, battery efficient and bright flashlight to take camping. Was more than pleased. This thing is sturdy, blindingly bright, takes 1xAA battery (and lasts a while), fits in your pocket, and has a really awesome scope. I ended up buying 3 more to give as gifts to people who saw mine and asked for one! one of the best purchases I've made.

This flashlight may look great and seem like a good cheap option. But that low quality is reflected in how long it lasts. I used this maybe 10 times for work over a period of 2 weeks and it died. Changed the batteries and then after using it twice it died again. Now it doesnt even turn on half the time and when it does it is barely half as bright as it used to be. Don't waste your money on this.

Works great. Extremely bright, I mean SERIOUSLY bright. Seems really well built and has some weight to it. Takes a single battery which is great because I hate those flashlights with the 3 battery holder thing.

Love this little flashlight. It uses one AA battery which is great. Have had many workmen at my home who needed a flashlight and I let them borrow it. They all seem very impressed. Have given 2 others as gifts.

Great little light for a good price. Runs on only one AA battery, with three beam settings, and gives off a bright, but cool light. I like the power button being on the end of the light, so you're not groping, in the dark, for some button located somewhere on the side. I'm ordering another.

Small and bright, just what I wanted for a backup flashlight. It is well made and I prefer the push button on/off switch to the twist type.

This light is only used by me to walk around between our buildings at night maybe 4 times a month. Tonight was only its 3rd battery change in nearly 12 months, that's how little I use it, and everything is already so loose inside it flickers and won't reliably turn on or off. This is the 2nd time I've tried flashlights from this company. The others were a set of 2 and 1 arrived broken and now this. Trust me, pay the extra to get yourself a Maglite because in the end, you'll be paying nearly that much anyway.

Very bright - there's a high power mode that's not in the instructions (there are no instructions). Lightly press the button when it's turned on enables strobe with one push and extra bright mode with two pushes.

2nd review of this product. It's dinky, discreet, and durable. Perfect for use during powercuts, coastal and woodland hikes or treks under cover of darkness, and general security purposes, or even as a flashlight for use during night hours when activating household lights might disturb others' slumber.The dispersal range is excellent for a device of this size, though my only gripe concerns the dispersal patterns; apparently the J5 can move to pulse and narrow field modes. I've yet to determine how to activate those, and the fact that it is delivered without any operating instructions, renders my ability to learn this function somewhat diminished. I'd recommend you check the best way to activate these functions online; perhaps You Tube might be helpful?

The product is sturdy, well made, and very compact. The range, especially when focussed is very impressive. Personally I found it too fiddly. Three settings, the zoom combined to make it too complicated for my limited brain capacity. I like my torches simple. So, I was going to give it three stars, but really that would be unfair, as the problems are mainly to do with my own personal preferences for a torch. The one thing I thing is a general lack is a momentary on setting.

Nice small size, bright light good adjustable light direction only thing I would have liked is that it was magnetic

very small torch but an amazing light. bought as a present so not sure how long battery will last (also battery not included). But impressed with the item so might get one for myself to keep in car.
