Pelonis Infrared Quartz Heater

This product arrived with only one element working. It took a while but we finally received a return label and requested a replacement. The replacement arrived with the same issue as the original. I'm not sure if they just sent us back the original heater or they both just happened to have the same issue. It was our fault that we did not open the second one until after the 30 day return had expired So we are stuck with a heater that does NOT work! I would not buy from this company!!

The heat generation is fantastic, but unfortunately, the unit I received shuts off after 5 minutes on the high setting and will not restart for 5 to 10 minutes. It works fine on the low setting, but generates only 50% of the heat. I have filed for an exchange with the seller - I will update my review once I have a new heater which hopefully works better.

We love Pelosi radiant heaters...have several in our home to augment central heat. We live in a house with 10 foot ceilings, and it is hard to keep the rooms warm. The radiant heaters perform as advertised, and we feel they are quite safe and make no noise. They are easy to operate, and adjustable to warm or quite warm. We love ordering from Amazon because the products arrive quickly.

Very handy heater

This is the best kind of space heater .As it does not have a fan. The ones with a fan cool the quartz ,so they do not let the quartz heat you very far from the heater. This one feels like the sun shining down on you .If I had the money I would buy as many as I could as could as they do not appear to be making these any more .I am guessing as the uninformed have been buying the one with fans. Also the ones with fans are more likely to have the fan give out after a year or two I have been using the one I have for 3 years or more ,and its still going strong. I am using it to heat my 1 bed room apartment We do not use the bed room we live in ohio and most of the time and only use 750 setting. The new one is better as it uses just one quartz tube and this feels like its on 1500 watts.

I have this heater in my unheated garage. It enables me to use my workshop in very chilly weather.But not subzero weather as my garage is not heated. It has performed perfectly for over 5 years now. Heat output is excellent. Silent operational. I can honestly recommend this space space heater

Heater is okay. I would recommend getting a fan or something to blow the radiant and spread heat. My unit shuts off on the 2 setting, after 3 minutes of being on. I have to unplug and re-plug it in after 5 min for it to work. I now use it on the single tube setting, about half way, and so far, no shut off.Work out the high heat setting, and this could be a great product.

This was used in the bedroom, heats nicely but made the entire room smell like burning plastic. Anyone else experience the smell it gives off?
