Niv, Giant Print Compact Bible, Leathersoft, Brown, Red Letter Edition, Comfort Print

Love this Bible. A comfortable size to hold and read, it is quite thick but that's to be expected as it has larger size print. The capital letters are approx 3mm high and lower case approx 2mm high plus they're in a bold style of print so the words are easy to read. I wouldn't say the print is giant though. The books don't start on a new page they follow on under each new book. It's red letter. There is no room in margins to take notes and it's single column. I would definately recommend this Bible.

Good sized Bible with great handwriting, but the paper is very simple and you can see the other side of the page. A little difficult to use colored marker

Kjv diehard here but for reading the bible for daily devotions or daily reading plan the NIV is great. I like the font size and most of all the single column format. No maps but there are some cool extras in the back like a reading plan. Comparison of the gospels etc. The only thing i would have liked is starting a new book on a new page. The current format is that a new book could start midway down a page

This Bible is simple. Just the text and the main/usual offering of NIV bibles. It does not have maps or study notes other than translation notes. The pages are typical of most standard Bibles. Pretty thin but not overly. I was able to add tabs and not be very concerned about rips or tears. I am not sure if you would line matched but the ghosting is not distracting since the lines are so uniform. I love the big text and single column format. It’s definitely not giant print. But for sure large. The red in the pictures is just about spot on to the red in person. It may be minutely lighter in person but nice and readable. It does indeed lay flat but is not floppy which is to be expected because of its size. It’s the typical size of a novel just super thick (think slightly smaller than a sheet of paper folded in half) I wanted an NIV Bible (my first one, I tend to use CSB and NLT) that was just the text to use for my reading plan apart from my Bible studies as I am currently finding the extra commentary and graphics a bit distracting. I also wanted a Bible in a readable translation to use as our family Bible.. the Bible that is kept out all the time.. the Bible we do life with. This is that. Simple, no extras. Just what I was looking for.

Love my new bible. Super easy to read due to the print size and the cover is nice too. Totally worth it.

Very easy to read. Love how smooth the pages and leather are. Very satisfying to flip though the Bible and it be so soft. I got this for my 65 yr old mother who has poor eyesight. With her reading glasses, she could clearly read it and loves it. I wish it was a bit cheaper, but you get what you pay for.

This Bible is the perfect size and is an easy translation to understand. The single page format makes it so much nicer to read. Would recommend this to anyone who wants an eye opening version in a format that invites you to read and study. It is everything they say it is and so much more.
