DellInspiron 5000 15.6 Inch FHD 1080P Touchscreen Laptop (Intel Core i7-1065G7 up to 3.9GHz, 16GB DDR4 RAM, 512GB SSD, Intel UHD Graphics, Backlit KB, HDMI, WiFi, Bluetooth, Win10)

I'm really happy with my purchase. I used to have to wait 5 minutes for my old computer to start up. This one starts almost instantly when I open it up from sleep. It's fast moving almost all the time except when I open up too many Windows in Firefox. But when that happens, I can just close Firefox, let it rest a moment, then reopen it and my speed returns. I tend to use 6 or 7 programs at once so I keep it challenged. I'm not a gamer so I can't honestly say how it works for gaming, but I imagine it would do well, based on using it for other graphics related things and streaming movies.

I don't know much about laptops and technology specifics. A friend helped me choose the right laptop for me and even when I can't be of much help on technicalities, I can tell you this: I love it!! Fast, not too heavy and battery lasts +4hrs (mine at least).The seller was great, laptop arrived on time and in perfect conditions.

I have had this a few weeks. I really like it. I bought it for the key pad on the right. I returned a Lenovo laptop for this one and like this one much better. It isn't very heavy and has a nice screen. My only small complaint is the battery life, however, I think all laptops have crappy battery life so I am not singling out just this Dell. I would recommend this laptop. I really like it.

I was very pleased with the Dell laptop. It met all my expectations and was quite easy to set up. I am a faithful user of Dell products and was not at all surprised at the excellence of the laptop. Arrived very rapidly and in great shape.

AVOID this laptop and particularly this seller! I have always been a Dell user but this time it disappointed me a big time! Not sure if Inspiron is that bad or it’s about this seller, but I got this brand new Inpiron from them and now switched back to my old 2017 laptop that is far better! Here are the issues:-Battery not only lasts long enough (3hrs max) but also doesn’t go up at the same time as you use it. When it’s completely drained, have ti wait at least 15 mins for it to go a bit up before I can start using.-The microphone is f***ed up even though I reset the driver several times-It says FHD, but that’s BS! The screen is very dark from just a little angle, brightness is not even good for a night time-Glitches a lot even though I’m not using any big software or programsThis is my biggest purchase regret! The day I received it, I got back to my home country, and it sucks not being able to return from overseas! Avoid this scam!!!

In love!!! It’s fast, extremely simple to use & works my vinyl software like a dream!! A+++ laptop that I will buy another of when my husband’s current laptop bites the dust

Who do I request a new Intel sticker from :) ?This is just an initial review and will return after a week or so to update it. When I opened the box and then lifted the monitor for the first time I was shocked to see the i5 sticker. I immediately shortcut the setup process so I could confirm or deny the processor size within Windows and it is an i7. Obviously there has been allot of windows updates so I am doing that task now and it is going smoothly. More to come.

The product arrived earlier than expected and I really love the product. Works excellently, with good quality screen as well as the touch screen
