This tvp makes the burger/sausage recipe work beautifully.
I used this product to make the "burger" recipe. I freeze this and use it as desired to make breakfast sausages or burgers.A larger container or a price break on multiple 1 kg packages would be appreciated.

The best TVP I have used thus far
I wasn't initially convinced that one TVP could be so different than another. I had used at least 5 other brands and they all had their pluses and minuses, but were all similar enough not to choose one over another ....and then I decided to try this brand.I was genuinely surprised how much better I found this TVP to be. Straight out of the bag- the texture seemed lighter, yet it holds up better in soaking and cooking than others. The variation in sizes of the (what do you call them?) granules/pieces was nice, none were much bigger than the others, yet varied enough in size and shape to make a more realistic plant based burger, than the other brands- where all the pieces were about the same size.ALL the brands have that 1/2 cup or more at the bottom of the bag that had been ground to a powder at some point, so I didn't remove a point for it. I keep that powder and put it in a ziploc to use as a thickener for soup or to add to another plant based meat recipe anyway.Then there is the taste. This product tasted from the bag has a better taste and mouthfeel than any of the others. The soy taste is not overwhelming at all, it seems a bit nuttier and has to me a 'cleaner' taste.I recommend it highly. It is now the only TVP I will use in the future.

Works well with many dishes as an add-in for proteins
Great with breakfast - adds a nice "chew" and takes on the flavors of the dish.

Size of pieces less consistent than other brands, and more expensive.
As said in the title, this stuff costs more than Anthony's, and the size of the TVP pieces is somewhat inconsistent, making consistent hydration a little more challenging.

Pretty decent price for how much you get. but it's tvp, hard to get wrong.

Healthy meat alternative
Druids Grove TVP is a great source of non-meat protein and is easy to use in a variety of recipes.

Vegan eating at it's best
As a new vegan using this product to create ground beef has saved me. I've experimented with different non vegan recipes substituting this product for the protein.
