Great brand and product
I am a fan of Hoobach for a little bit now. These are hard to tell if they are working as expected but from what i can tell is they are doing what I need them to do.

Coconut Yogurt Solution
For Greek style yogurt, I use 3 capsules per 1 can coconut milk. Regular style thin yogurt, 2 capsules per 1 can of coconut milk. Much better than any store bought coconut yogurt I've tried.
