Natures Miracle Laundry Boost Stain and Odor Additive - 32 FL Oz

I picked up my first bottle of this from one of the larger chain retailers. I was desperate because, after I'd started a full-time job, my cats had begun having stress-related marking episodes due to my sudden lack of presence in the house. My bedding was hit a few times, and towels were a common casualty (if they'd been left on the ground).Much to my utter horror, the urine smell suddenly stopped coming out in the wash with regular detergent. I have no idea why, but it was calling into question whether I'd have to either junk the soiled items or take them to a laundromat (since we had a HE washer at home that was probably contributing to the issue). I also tried vinegar, baking soda, and a slew of other home remedies, and nothing could get the smell out completely. It was beyond frustrating.This product, though? Worked. I took a load of towels that had been WASHED but had retained the faint smell of cat urine and ran them through with the Laundry Boost. The smell was gone after one wash. After going into the process with a high level of skepticism, this was a happy slap in the face.For most applications, I'll add 1/4 cup of Laundry Boost with an HE-appropriate amount of Woolite Dark (since I have a lot of dark linens). For lightly-soiled or "just because" applications, I'll add about 1/8 cup of Laundry Boost. For highly-soiled and urine-dried items, I've run them through a quick rinse before washing them normally with the Laundry Boost, but I've also simply tossed them in without a preliminary rinse and had the same result. It not only removes the smell of cat urine, but it also takes the sour dog smell out of my dog's crate mats and blankets. It hasn't caused any fading, and the items all come out of the dryer soft and clean-smelling.So, from my experience, this stuff is amazing and saved me from having to replace a lot of items. I've since started buying it from Amazon because the price beats the ever-loving pants off the large chains, and it's on Subscribe & Save. The Laundry Boost is a regular fixture in our laundry room now.

I have become the appointed cat lady in the neighborhood who takes care of the strays (thank you Covid for that blessing). I started out 2020 with no cats and now have 3 indoor cats and like 274 outdoor cats, give or take, I feed and treat for fleas (DO NOT USE HARTZ FLEA). So I bought one beautiful little Persian girl who comes around a bed, because girls need comfy beds, and other cats peed on it. There is almost nothing I hate worse than the smell of cat pee! In the past I'd just throw it away and add it to my list of money I spend on other people's cats (spay and neuter people!!!!), but had bought this just in case when I started adopting all the cats of the world and thought I'd give it a try (though somewhat reluctantly because I didn't want my dryer or washing machine smelling like cat pee). I was so pleasantly surprised. I have a nose like a bloodhound and I notice every little smell and it just smelled fresh. Great augmentation to laundry detergent for sure! The little princess is nestled back in her bed that I'm sure I'll need to rewash in no time, but for now - it smells delightful!

This product works, but it helps it helps to pre-soak items per another review here. I had a cat get stuck in the basement and it took awhile to find out what she was using for a litter box. It turned out to be a box of blankets and fabric. I cleaned everything up, but the urine was the biggest issue since it had dried. I ran the items through a quick rinse and then filled the wash tub back up and soaked overnight in plain warm water. I think this allowed the dried on urine to break down a bit. I drained the tub in the morning and filled it back up with warm to hot water depending on fabric. I added a full cup of the Nature's Miracle Laundry Boost and regular detergent. I let soak for one hour and continued the cycle with an extra rinse. It worked. I hung dry most of the fabric and ran the blankets through the dryer. The only thing that I noted was an old concert t-shirt that had been in with the blankets had lost it's decal and was ruined, but it may have been that the overnight soak contributed to the damage? The odor is gone from the items, so this stuff really works.

We had some clothes that had heavy car urine smell and the 2st load had needed several washes with a conventional laundry soap with less than satisfactory results. This product only required 1 wash to totally eliminate the smell. Truly a miracle product.

We were washing sheets, duvets and quilts thanks to our beloved cat.Product worked a treat. Lovely 'fresh' smell to laundry after washing.Recommended.

Multi pet household. 2 doggo's and one cat with attitude, he's been known to pee on doggo's bed if he thinks they are getting too much attention. This product has saved me from buying new doggo bed, many times over.

Pricey due to not commonly found in UK. Could have just used the nonlaundry version. Nevertheless, this brand is the best.

Cleaner worked just as described. One load of laundry and the smell was gone. Excellent product would gladly buy again
