I love the look of this diaper bag
I love the look of this diaper bag, but would suggest just going with the Emma. The reason I say this is that my bag folded in so you couldn't tell the difference between the two. Also, my bag ended up coming apart at the seams where the material folds on either side. Mia Bossi did take the bag back to fix it. They were always pleasant in their correspondence, but failed to respond to my messages for than once. The first time they never responded to my emails to inform me that my bag had not in fact arrived (it was lost with USPS) and the second time they never responded to my emails to say that my bag had been shipped (they ended up shipping it to the wrong person). The lack of communication caused some serious delays and it took two months to get a simple repair done to my bag. Upon receiving the bag, I was not happy with it still because the sides caved in. Mia Bossi said that they could not do anything else to help me and I could not expect anymore out of a $230 bag since it was not made in China. I was furious with Mia Bossi, but Amazon was great and ended up taking back the bag with no questions asked. I personally would not support Mia Bossi again. While my bag was getting fixed, I ended up using another much cheaper diaper bag and thought the compartments were much more strategic than this one.

Very cute bag but puts everything on display
Overall, this is a VERY cute bag, but I would not pay full price for it. Pros:- It's super cute and looks like a really, really nice handbag- Made in the USA and you are supporting a small business- Comes with a messenger strap (unlike the Emma version)- Has gold metal feet- Zip out liner is a cool idea (though I have the impression you still can't wash it, just spot clean the liner)- Internal bottle pockets - these are particularly great because I carry my own water/coffee with baby bottles and it looks really nice to not have them sticking out of a nice bag and wrecking how it looks. So you can put two either adult or kid beverages inside the bag (though the pocket is not insulated)- Has hooks that can be used for stroller straps (same hooks you would use for the messenger strap), though the stroller straps are not included (I use my own)Cons:- The organization is mediocre. The pockets are mostly big and floppy. The phone pocket is a squeeze for my iphone6 so I have to keep it in the zipper pocket. There is nothing very special about the organization of the bag, but I usually use my own little bags or files or whatever so it doesn't bother me too much.- The lining is black. It should be light colored so you can find things.- The messenger strap is not adjustable. I am 5'7 and find it too long.- No key or loop, which in a bag this dark and cavernous, would be helpful (and most designer diaper bags have one)- Biggest con: there should be SOME, ANY kind of closure, whether a simple magnet or snap in the center or a zipper. Without it, the bag loses its shape entirely once you are wearing it and it flops wide open and looks like I'm wearing a bucket or a beach bag. You can see everything inside from far away, which for a diaper bag, is not so glamorous. For a bag marketed to wear to work, everyone I encounter is going to see my diapers, burp cloths, and wet wipes in all of their glory. The way the bag is organized with shallow pockets on top means most of your stuff is near the surface so that may be why it gapes open so much. The bag looks great sitting on a table. It looks a lot worse when you wear it and it suddenly changes shape and opens wide on top.I did not pay full price (not even close) so I'm still happy with the bag overall. But if I paid full price I'd be bummed because there are much better brands in this price range (though probably not made in the USA). I'm on the fence about whether I can wear this to work or not because of the "everything is visible" issue. For better organization (like a key fob, sunglass case, light-colored lining, etc.), I'd suggest either the Jujube Legacy line (the Superbe is probably the closest in size) - Jujube's have amazing organization - or any of the Timi and Leslie bags, which aren't QUITE as great on the organization as Jujube but they look the most like handbags.
