Really sharp pouch, fairly small for an IFAK
Wynex makes some great stuff, especially for the price- I don't think I've ever seen laser-cut molle on any other affordable pouch or bag. This really makes their stuff stand out from other brands, they always have great stitching, material, and design- that being said I bought this to attach to a bag to hold the medical supplies which would be most likely to be needed like band aids, sterile pads, gloves, individual packets of creams or whatnot for wounds, burns, or abrasions. I quickly realized that this isn't the best bag for my needs because one half of the bag only has four large loops for gauze or rolled items so pretty much none of the things which I planned on putting in there fit correctly. I could probably make it work, but I think I'm going to wait and use it for something else. I might use it for a first aid kit for my car but it's a bit small for that. For the price it's a great deal, and would be a really good side pouch for an EMT, outdoors man or woman, someone that hikes or bikes frequently, or anyone that wants to keep medical supplies or small tools close by. Wynex also make a great phone pouch and their admin pouches are outstanding- definitely the best admin pouch I've ever seen and at a great price. Their slightly larger admin pouch works amazing for holding medical supplies and/or small tools and then you can stick it on your bag or in your backpack to keep it organized. I've never been disappointed with any of their stuff.

Great Item with One Possible Design Flaw
Overall, this is a great item. I like that the supplies can be separated easily from the main pack by the velcro. However, the pocket is upside down when the pack is closed, so stuff falls out. Also, the handle on the removable section is at the bottom, so you are pulling up to remove it. Even if you turn the removable part the other way, so the handle is at the top, the pocket is upside down. If the pocket was just above the fold the removable part, then it would always be rightside up--stuff won't fall out. I would also put the handle at the tops you pull down to remove it. Just my non-professional engineering opinion.

Love the design and how it is made very sturdy!
Just received this pouch today and I must say I am very impressed by the design and the build quality of this product. I intend to use it as an IFAK kit on my vehicle bag, and one thing I do really like about it is the rip away feature. The bag is made of some high quality Velcro and zippers on the side, when you pull the top Verlaine off and pull the whole bag opens up downward and reveals the inside of the kit. On the inside is more Velcro that holds the supplies in place but allows removal if necessary ,it includes 9 elastic straps and one pocket for storage, it is very sturdy and held in place strongly I have no doubt this will not just fall apart on me and spill everything out. The outside is made of some nice high quality materials and has additional MOLLE attachments, and also has some storage for a tourniquet, Flashlight or magazine (9mm glock 15 round used in example) over all I like this product I have another much larger one in my second vehicle but for a B.O.B. or get home bag this is sufficient.

Seemed like a great idea but ended up being disappointing.
I’m a paramedic with 19 years experience and build my own kits.I ordered this bag to be used as a small, comprehensive, 1-2 person first aid kit for climbing and hiking.Unfortunately it didn’t end up being as functional for that purpose as I had hoped. The divided sections and pockets are small. Maybe I’m missing the idea but The “tear away “ interior really doesn’t seem to serve much of a useful purpose as the bag itself is also meant to be quickly detached from a Velcro base. The “tear away” interior frame just seems to take up valuable space in the bag. The bag itself is bulky compared to the amount of gear it can actually hold. This bag seems to be made well and might be better used for a different purpose. It just didn’t work well as a small first aid kit in my opinion.

Solid construction, well sewed, and rugged
I liked the positive engagement snapping it in the Molle system. It is well made, with no loose threads coming off the pouch. My pouch is being used as a vehicle FAK. The only thing that I didn't like is when pulled off the Molle attachments, usually the entire pouch comes off and the only thing left on the Molle mount is a piece of Velcro. With this pouch, there is an inner pouch that comes out, leaving the outside Nylon behind. This results in a much smaller pouch being deployed. So to sum it up... well constructed and poor design. hope this helps.

Good Design But Too Small
I love the design of this bag but am disappointed at the overall size. It needs to be an inch larger in each direction: height, width and depth. Then it would make an excellent IFAK. Quick access to the interior with one swift movement puts this ahead of other pouches, save for the too-small size. Increase the size, keep the design, and improve your sales.

Not enough elastics or space
For us this bag was too small for our needs. We use it for our sons diabetes supplies and the elastics were too large and too few for the Medical supplies we wanted to put within it. Well made. Decent Velcro and buttons.

Excellent
Absolute bargain. First class product very well made. Looks brilliant on the side of the 5.11 rush 72.

This isn't a first aid pouch.
It is about 20% too small in every dimension to fit anything useful. The rip out function is the silliest thing I've ever seen, it's just an entire liner made of velcro, and because of the way it fits together it means even less material can be stored. The TQ holders at the front will NOT fit any known TQ. I use SOF-T Wide torniquets and they're about 2 inches wide, maybe 2.5 inch clearance for one. The TQ pouches are about 1 inch wide. No TQ on the market is 1 inch wide. It's not like I can even let it out any and resew it myself because there's just not enough room to do anything. It's a shame though, because for the sake of an extra inch or two of material they make the entire bag useless. There's also no real pockets of any use inside it. The bottom 'pockets' are pointless because when you close the bag they are upside down so everything will fall out and into the bag when you're walking / running. This is a badly designed piece of kit and has had no forethought or design put into it.The only redeeming quality is (and why I gave it 2 not 1 star) it's an acceptable radio pouch. Yes, it's that small I am using it as a comms pouch. It needs to be about 2 inches wider and lose the 'rip out' internals for instead serious pockets with velcro folding and a small clear insert so you can write the contents on a piece of paper and slip it into the top of each pouch inside. Like a real first aid kit.

MEDIC
I have 3 of these units and all 3 are set up like a mini medic bag great bags for this I have 1 for when I'm at the range and I'm running my Pistol drills mounted to my Battle belt, I have one set up and on my Back pack for when I'm out during Deer hunting season or any long duration Hunting and the 3rd one is set up on my Quick grab Hunting belt when I'm just going out to get a few rabbit/squirrel/pheasant and I'm only gonna be a couple hrs. They are great they are water resistant but i add my own to really protect my stuff even with my stuff in bags. Worth getting.
