This is a pretty easy fix and well worth it. I did this 5 years ago on the same TV and knew it was going to happen again when I started seeing dark areas in the display. Five years ago, with other vendors I had a hard time finding LEDs that were color matched. The same set would have some that were pinkish, some greenish, some grayish and I ended up changing them out 3 times until I found a set that was "ok". These are really well color matched, they have a strong adhesive backing, and it looks pretty much like a new TV. I am very pleased. Installation note: check the picture before reinstalling the back panel. I had to reseat the ribbon cables in the connector and that is a lot of screws to undo all over again.

Exactly what I needed. These LED strips fit my TV exactly and worked perfectly. Highly recommend this product for someone technically inclined to repair their TV.

Really happy and satisfied with these strips, brought my almost dead LG Led tv to life. Glad found these and made a little extra effort to replace them, TV functions as new. DO NOT try to replace just the faulty strip, replace all at once. Hope this helps some of you.

Great quality LED’s! My tv went black while watching it one night. After doing some research I came to the conclusion it was my backlight since it can still hear sound. I pointed a light at it and can still see my movie playing.Anyway, replaced the backlights for $33 and got my tv working again. I would definitely recommend purchasing these and as I mentioned much brighter than the original ones.

I use this flat screen as a computer monitor. I just replaced the LED strips, and it works great. The strips are marked L for left and R for right, and they are numbered 1 and 2. Just mark what goes where. There is a circuit boards that they all connect to. Loosen the hold down screws just a pinch before trying to plug the new ones in. It made is much easier.The LED in the center where dark in the original, and white in the replacement. But no issues.

3m tape is solid. Lights are still evenly lit after months of use. Quality product!

I found a 47" LG TV on the side of the road in good condition next to retirement condos and figured why not try and see if it's fixable. After some troubleshooting and Googling it lead me to these. I installed them successfully and have basically a brand new TV for about $45! Great light so far, but only 4 stars until I review this again in a year or two and can weigh in on durability.

The media could not be loaded.  Worked for me. My TV stopped working while I was watching it. I could hear sound but no picture. After researching it I shined a light on it and could see a picture. My research suggested replacing the led lights. I followed a YouTube video how to take apart the TV and replace the LEDs. It was pretty easy and the top row didn't work but I replaced all the rows since I had bought this set. They were brighter than the old LEDs that still worked. My TV works again. I tried uploading another video but was only allowed 1 video upload.
