Great picture quality

Be aware that this is a camera designed for users in China. Bios is not currently upgradeable and, while you can make it show up in English as a Windows device, you'll have to hack the registry. It's not hard and may not matter to you. Additionally, while it works with Zoom and the like out of the box, if you want to adjust the frame (i.e. crop to "zoom" and "pan") you'll have to hack the Logitech software.So, having said that, the camera is a good value for me. It works reliably, offers a good image and good sound pick up at a good price.

I had bought another camera--one of the brands one has never heard of that seem to cropped up like weeds after a storm because of the pandemic. It was...unsatisfactory, let's say. One of my chief concerns, too, was that there be a physical cover on the camera.After finding this--a brand I knew at a price that didn't seem extortionate--I read the reviews and was worried about the compatibility, the software, etc., but I figured it's a holiday weekend and I would have time to order yet again before this got too out of hand.I'm glad I took the risk. First, there is definitely a cover in the box--it was in a separate little bag, but unlike most of the others, it snaps right on; no glue or sticky tape to mess up the lens.The camera integrated with my Mac Pro (Big Sur 11.1) with no fuss, and Zoom and Go To Meeting handled it really well before I even installed the Logitech Camera Settings app. The Camera Settings app for the C930e was procured from the Logitech website, and gave me multiple other options (note: you have to leave it open if you're going to need the settings during a Zoom call or whatever.).I work in virtual conferencing, and it was starting to get ridiculous that I didn't have a webcam. Knowing that I have a high quality Zeiss lens and the build quality of a company I've used for literally decades makes me feel really good about purchasing this grey market product.

Using it for over a month regularly. This wide angle camera works just like the Logitech C930E. I use Nvidia-Broadcast to blur/replace the background. It does a decent job.The only downside is the name shows up in Chinese. I googled and changed the name to English by changing the name in the registry.

You literally get the same hardware as c930e but at less than half the price! The LogiTune software works flawlessly with this camera, including firmware updates. I wanted a wider angle than c920, and I'm glad I got this one.Unless you care about some Chinese characters in the device name, just go for it- it's practically indistinguishable to a c930e.

This webcam works perfect. It was a plug and play with Windows 11, was able to get the camera to work with all software (MS Teams, Zoom, and everything else, including the Logitech webcam software). It also came with the privacy cover. If you need a webcam, don't hesitate to buy this one because it is absolutely compatible with Windows.

Dowanloaded the logi tune and logi capture.Updated the firmware and config file from google (search for logicapture firmware c930c, first link and search for the Sep '20 comment) and replaced the config file.Working exacly like the c930e!10/10

Always happy when I get an electronic product that just works! The Logitech C930c is definitely one of those products. After weeks in quarantine looking like a fuzzy blur during my zoom meetings using my laptop's built in camera, I decided to upgrade. I settled on logitech for it's mix of reasonable price and good reviews, and I'm glad I did! Because of the clear picture, I look much more professional in customer meetings. I plugged the camera in and I was *immediately* able to start using it with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Hangouts, Slack, Facebook Messenger, and others - no setup or software installs required. It rests easily on top of your monitor, and even has a port so you can screw it on to a tripod for filming YouTube videos. Highly recommended to anyone who's looking to upgrade from the grainy picture that comes from your computer's built-in camera!

Be very careful before you buy this product it is the Chinese version there is no support from Logitech you are unable to upgrade the firmware and it is a nuisance to find software to allow functionality, personally I would recommend not buying this one look for the C930E and ensure that will be the one that you get.The seller provided the product very quickly no issues there, my fault for not researching the differences between the model numbers.

Worth the money

The Logitech C930c works out of the box. The Logitech camera control enables zoom and fine settings. The view field of the camera is 90 degree which is good for streaming from a classroom where a teacher draws on a blackboard. The Full HD signal covers details on the blackboard without problems (teaching math or physics is therefore OK). Camera can be mounted on a standard tripod that enables better keystone control.Observed drawback is with the auto focus. If teacher stands in front of the camera, the camera focus him/her and needs time to refocus on a blackboard. I suggest to turn off auto focus and set it manually.Second drawback we observed is that the camera has superb sound if a speaker is in front of it. As soon as speaker goes out of camera's view field quality of sound drops significantly. The teacher that is turned to a blackboard and explain the drawing is hardly heard and hard to understand. If you want to stream from classroom get another microphone that will cover the teacher and the audience.For personal use the field of view is to wide. The Logitech camera control (which works with all our Logitech cameras) is therefore a must have software. Setting manual lightning is also needed if part of large image (cropped when zoomed) is overexposed.

Deshalb habe ich retourniert.

So many parts of the software such as the name of the microphone come up in Chinese lettering. If I hadn't bought it from the Logitech store I would have though this was a knock off. I assume they are selling overstock or something in N. America. Now we are in 2021 and a $150 for a camera that can just do 1080P vs 8K or having a a bloody impressive mic seems crazy to me. The mark up on this must be insane.
