Beautiful Birkenstock sandals. I love the smell of leather! These are so nice. It's my first pair and I bought them on a Birthday splurge. I had heard so many fantastic things about the fit and quality of this brand, so I decided to pay the price. I'm glad I did. They're very nice. I followed instructions and took about 5 days to break them in wearing them a few hours a day. The real test was when i went away for a shopping weekend in the Texas Hill country. These were comfortable and served me well in the Texas heat. I'm very pleased and I hope this pair will last many, many years. Also, I have to note, I used the recommended water and stain protector on the leather and foot bed. No problems at all. I did encounter a little rain on my trip, so I'm glad I sprayed them before I left. I wear between a 7.5 to an 8 in shoe and so I ordered the 38M EU. Fit perfectly.

This pair of Sandals replaced a same style pair I have worn for numerous years. They are a little bit expensive, but they are worth it because they feel so wonderful and last a long time. Quality. That’s what counts.

Birkenstocks have made a name by being some of the most comfortable shoes on the planet, and rightfully so. After and initial break in period of about a week of wearing them daily, the shoes mold to your feet and take on a "custom" feel. They are some of the most comfortable shoes I have worn and are worth the extra you pay for them. I highly recommend Birks for comfort and durability.

I own several pairs of Birkenstock sandals but these are by far the most comfortable pairI own.. the FS footbed makes me feel like I am stepping on sand from the moment I slide them on.

My feet are so bad that my podiatrist asked if he could take my recent x-rays to show the class he teaches!!! Anyway-both he and my physical therapist recommended I buy Birkenstocks and I am MORE than glad I did. They are comfortable, comfortable, comfortable!!! I can walk long distances in them and my feet are still in no pain. Let's face it, though, they're not the most stylish....but who cares-if my feet feel great in them. I'll be wearing them for a long time to come. My physical therapist says they are actually like an orthotic, as well. I just wish the company would design a more attractive shoe that I can wear in the off-summer months. Excellent investment! Buy these shoes if you have bad feet-seriously!!!

Comfortable and look great. Broke in the leather uppers in a few days.

The leather is stiff and I got blisters the first time I wore these. Once they're broken in they're great!

If you're a long time Birkenstock fan, then you'll be surprised with these soft footbed Birkenstocks. It's like walking on air. There's NO breaking in period like with regular Birkenstocks. As usual, the regular width are for people with wide feet and the narrow is generally good for people with narrow or regular width feet. I do question to durability of the sole as they seem to wear faster than regular Birkenstocks, but as long as I don't let them run down too low, I should be able to get the soles replaced at an authorized Birkenstock repair store.
