Waterproof/ resistant?

Not waterproof. I sprayed mine with Camp Dry when it was new and it has been sufficiently water resistant for my purposes.

Does this have a cold temperature it claims to be good down too ??

Not aware that Arborwear makes such a claim. Jacket has been adequate for temps in the 40's (F) and depending on layering and activity; the 30's.

How does it fit? Long, baggy, relaxed, athletic? Got people saying it fit snug while some say it fit big. Can someone clarify please?

The cut is “comfortable”. It is not trim on me but it is not baggy. To me it is a great work jacket, and does well on a motorcycle. My wife does not like it because it is not stylish. I agree. But I wear it a lot.
