So this is my second time purchasing a set of Free Soldier Boots, my last pair are the first boots I've ever bought that have made it near through a full work year, so I bought another pair recently.Let me tell you this set of boots I just got were some of the most COMFORTABLE boots, I have ever worn.I had no struggle getting them on or off, I didn't need to break them in. The only spot that I have had any issue so far wearing them has been on my right Pinky Toe, that foot is slightly bigger, so I get some very minor rubbing on it.I highly recommend these so far, but I may update my review if anything out of the ordinary happens in the following months as my last pair lasted just around 8 Months of Major Laborious Use. At the moment, with these boots being brand new, they are perfect.

My son recently started with Scouting American and we have a hiking trip coming up for the Cub Scouts. I ordered these to find a comfortable pair of hiking boots that were light weight, comfortable and provided the necessary support for my lower back issues (I have multiple herniated discs in my L and S area). I am a Marine Veteran that worked on helicopters, so I am very familiar with similar work boots and hiking boots ( or combat boots or safety boots for the flight line). From my initial camping trip, I have fallen in love with these boots. I wear them everyday that I am outside working, or even going to work on casual days. They are more comfortable than most of my tennis shoes, and shoes with specific insoles to give my lower back support.I have already started recommending this boot to others that are starting out camping and hiking with Scouting America. Great pair and I will be ordering more in the future from this company.

Bought these for hiking around and like work. They seem to be holding up and doing just fine. Definitely not waterproof, more like water resistant. Walking through wet grass for too long will get your feet wet. The insoles are removable which is great because the got beat down pretty fast and I added some nicer ones and they are much more comfy. Definitely not the boot to buy if you are working construction and looking for a work boot. But all in all they are pretty decent for what they are. Lightweight, comfortable, decently durable, not bad price

My combat veteran husband says he wishes these were offered during his military career. He has a hard time finding boots without spending a ton of money. These are comfortable, durable and fit true to size.

These hiking boots are so soft, feels like wearing slippers, SOOO comfortable. I was not expecting this quality. Excellent boots I have had them 3 days, walked approx 6-8 miles every day. Again , So comfortable !!! And waterproof, haven't tested that yet. 🤔

Comfortable boots and very stylish. Unfortunately wearing them for pest control (lots of outside work) asphalt, grass, hills they didn’t last long at all. They were delivered on july 4th and by September i had wore a hold in the tread on both boots. For casual hiking or outside adventures they would be fine but for working outside they wont last unfortunately.

I’ve had these boots for a few months now and i love them! Not waterPROOF but they are definitely water resistant. I’ve walked through a couple deep puddles with no wet socks. They also breathe very well as I’m in Florida. I like them a lot better than the oakley tactical boots i had prior and they’re half the price

The only thing I will wear, they are comfortable, durable and are waterproof. They Look like them High top skater sneakers if you like that style and lace them up in a cool way. Dont second guess buying these if they catch your eye, also when I ordered my pair the Mail Carrier somehow lost them or delivered them to the wrong address so I contacted the seller and let them know and they sent me a second pair for free and said to keep the other pair if they showed up. Definitely a Great Company and a great Boot

Seem well built and quality compared to the hundred or more others I looked at. I’ve only warn once so time will tell. Will update if I have any issues to share.

The boot fits good. It's waterproof. However it looks like the pair they sent were worn previously. Laces were knotted and treads dirty.Beware the seller!

I am using them for winter jogging and as athletic footwear for winter time in Canada.The size is very much in line with the standard US/Canada sizes, so they fit perfectly.Very light and comfortable, look great.
