I'd recommend. CAN YOU GET IN WHITE?
I like them and I can tell the difference in my dining area when a lot of people talking. It echoed before. I put 2 up on ceiling. Stands out a little more that I thought. I got 3m tape because I heard they may fall. I tried to move and once they're on they're on lol. Wish I would have been able to buy in white. DO THESE COME IN WHITE? I can't find a place to ask anyone that question. You need them every couple feet. I put 2 in and that covered a 6 x 10 area. I have a wide galley kitchen attached and could use 4 more. .. but want in WHITE so it blends. Anyone?I only rated 4 stars because you need many and price high for foam covered with material. But would def recommend.

Good product, mounting and price an issue
As indicated in other reviews the included mounting strips don't work well, especially for me as I am trying to secure them to the ceiling. I went in eyes wide open on that though. I tried some 3M Command Velcro fasteners but they have been failing too. I did come back to order several more but was shocked to find the price went from $32.09 to $42.39 in two weeks. That pushes the price/value ratio too high for me.

Auralex acoustic panels
I have purchased a lot of product from amazon for my home theater. And I have to say that I consider amazon as a partner in my home theater needs. I purchased 2 of these auralex acoustic panels a couple a months ago to cancel out some reflective sounds that I was getting from my sound. These babies done the job and I'm going to buy a couple more for my ceiling. Check out my video on youtube to see my home theater and these sweet panels. My youtube channel is Jaycluney22, so like my vids and subscribe. Amazon rocks!

Not worth the price. There was no noticeable difference ...
Not worth the price. There was no noticeable difference to the naked ear, but a marginal difference in room measurements taken using REW measurements. At the price I paid of $73 for 1 panel of 2' x 2' x 1" they are not just overpriced, but in the absence of a real difference in sound, just not worth it. You'd probably need several for a very small impact on the sound. And at the price, not worth it.

Attractive and useful
I put these up on a shared wall in my townhouse to dampen the sound of my neighbor's television set. When people come in, they comment on my "modern art." I always laugh and tell them it's practical, not art. But as long as it looks good to them, I'm happy. It dampens the sound a bit -- maybe 20 percent. But I probably need to cover my whole wall with them, not just with four of them. Good stuff either way, though. I'm pleased.

Love it!
My TV is not wall mounted but is near the wall that attaches to my neighbor. I added this panel behind my TV and Bose® - CineMate® GS Series II Digital Home Theater Speaker System. My speakers just lay on the TV stand so I put the panels on the back of each speaker. I currently have a 50 Inch TV so two panels were great. You can also hear the sound better since they don't bounce off the wall and back to you.

E-Z Stick Pro Tabs not included in my package
I just received the Auralex Sonolite product today. However, there are no E-Z Stick Pro tabs, which are supposed to be included with the delivery. The installation tips say: "Auralex EZ-Stick Pro Tabs included." No, they weren't included in my package. Since these tabs are not included, I cannot give this product a good rating.

NOT BASS TRAPS
They are "sonolite acoustical absorption panels" not bass traps... They are for high end frequencies, not low end like bass traps are. For the price I guess they're a good value.
