Very Responsive
Unfortunately the computer that I bought failed justafter the 90 day warranty expired. The video card failed and I called Assurion and they sen me a prepaid label to return it. As soon as I shipped the computer, Assurion returned my purchase amount via an Amazon Gift Card. Great Customer Service!

Worst warranty company ever.
No communication. Computer monitor stopped working a month after purchase. They ask for multiple photos. They were sent over and claim was still denied. The lack of communication is horrible with this company. Don’t waste your money on a warranty. Just buy another cheap computer.

Use This Coverage
The asurion warranty coverage does exactly what they claim. Had a problem with covered device and I sent it back for evaluation with prepaid shipping label. Got email and text notification that item couldn’t be repaired. I was then sent an Amazon gift card for the amount that I purchased the device for. Within a week of starting my claim I have ordered and received my replacement device.
