My husband loved his gift. The delivery was fast, and the ring was as expected for the price.

The product I ordered for my wife had a little chunk missing from the side of the ring and didn’t have the name of the person Engraved on the inside of the ring as it shows in the product for sell. Tried to contact the seller, but it’s computer automated and won’t let me send the pictures to them or even a text. My wife likes the ring and would just like a new one sent to us that’s not damaged and has all the right engravings. I tried to upload some pictures of this product that we got, but it’s not letting me load it.

I will admit that I was thinking that there are swastikas on this until I was watching an old Chinese movie and saw the same symbol on a temple that was hundreds of years old. The actual arms have a tail that is not visible on the ring. Surprise and thankful that hate is not represented here.

Yes I received my ring about two weeks ago from the supplier. The ring fits correctly but my issue is the gold animal which was on the ring has fallen off and is lost. This was very alarming to me to see this happen in just over two weeks of purchase. Please address this issue for the future as I wanted to purchase more of the rings as gifts but now I am not sure if this is a good idea.Robert Tota
