Northwest NCAA Unisex-Adult Comforter and Sham Set

I bought this for my 11 yr old grandson for Christmas. He loves it. It's much nicer than I thought.

I give this item 5 Stars... Not so much for the quality, but just the fact I got a little more than I was expecting for the price and after reading some of the (negative) reviews. The comforter has a nice look with vibrant colors and a subtle background which mixes well with the team name and logo. I especially like the gray edging and black backing. They give the comforter a multi-level look and makes it easier to coordinate other colors in the sheets and bedskirt. The comforter, however, is not very heavy and I'm not sure how warm it would keep you on a cold winter's night, nor would I feel comfortable washing it regularly since it's all screen-printed, but my use is mainly for decoration of a spare bed in my Bama Basement. Also. if a mattress is 12 inches thick or less, this comforter will drop down on both sides of the bed to the boxspring and drape over a bedskirt. I was also very pleased with the design of the pillow shams. The large team logo and school name combined in red/gray colors do not waste any space and really catches the eye. The only drawback to the shams is that the stitching is not very strong and you need to be careful not to pull on them excessively when inserting a large pillow. Again, these are officially licensed products and fee rights have to be paid to the universities, so I'm very happy to trade a little quality for the look and price of this item. In addition, I've added a couple of photos which I hope helps in determining whether this item is a good match for the price/quality sought.

If you have a son like I do, who loves the Gators, we prefer the Seminoles, this product is high quality, a little too pricey I think.

absolutely a hit for my grandsons birthday. all his friends loved it... can't believe a quilt would be a great gift for an 11 yr old but all his friends are gator fans so it was a hit and what a nice quilt.. thank you. haven't acutally seen it out of the package but the package is big and heavy so it must be a good quality and the colors are right on gators. I am sure it is nice and warm.. update I just talked to him and he loves his new quilt.. fits the bed perfectly and he said is kept him warm.. ...

Nice blanket could be a bit longer + amazon didn't have much to choose from but overall nice!

Purchased for our nephews for Christmas and they loved the bedding! Super cozy and great color pattern! GO NOLES!
