Adds 3 inches to your height when wearing boots. Or 2 inches when wearing shoes or trainers. Every inch matters...

Abit soft
It’s ok to wear and it does increase ur height a lot but the thing is, it’s made out of really soft materials. When you walk, you feel like it’s squeezing in side and for others it’s almost like ‘why are you walking like that?’

Not bad at all. Give them time.
Been wearing them on and off for three days now and they're better than I thought they'd be. Not the most comfortable things ever, but you get used to it. I tried them today with a fabric over them and it makes them a lot more comfortable.

Confidence has grown since i have had these
Standing at 5ft 9 or 10 (thereorthereabouts) I've always felt slightly inadeuqate however since having these i have not only literally felt a spring in my step but have noticed my height is on a par with many men i am in close proximity of.Sometimes it is a case of 'Whatever floats your boat'
