Replacement Parts for My Mistake
The hood assembly was difficult (for me) to get components lined up correctly while gluing them together. The result was a very poor fitting hood. I sent Revell an email stating that, if I could get replacements for the components shown in the section #16 of the directions, I believe I could do some trimming of them prior to gluing and hold fixturing during gluing to get a better fit. They promptly sent me the components I needed. Great customer service!

Slick Little Truck Model
A fun little model to build. It is level 5, and the instructions are a little confusing since there are two ways to build it, however I am satisfied with how the completed product turned out (even if I had too much trouble with the pedals to attach them and accidentally missed putting on the brakes). There are a lot of little parts that are difficult to glue on, and the model took some time to paint and assemble due to the amount of parts. If you are not very experienced with building models, you will most likely have some trouble, but that doesn't mean you can't finish it. This is only the third model car I've ever built, and only the second one I've ever had to paint. I struggled a little, but I was still able to finish it. Overall, its a nice model to keep at my desk at work.
