It Does not Work
The media could not be loaded. Its a nice idea but unfortunately it collapses under the weight of a dry wetsuit as in the video. Shame. Sorry Stevie.

Amazing quality! Extend the life of your wetsuite
Dudeski’s - IF your a real surfer... and IF you surf the BIGGEST, RADDEST and GNARLIEST waves (like in BELMAR, NJ) THEN YOU NEED THIS!Ho Stevie does it again! He always has great, quality products at a fair and affordable price!I have to admit, I didn’t purchase this for its advertised drying properties, I bought it since it would help extend the life of my suite. Although i was overwhelmingly please to find that it actually does dry the wetsuite much quicker!I first tied the hanger on a wetsuite that hanging in my 60 degree basement from a surf about 5 days prior... the outside was dry but the inside was still wet! (a 4/3 - I just checked the chest area inside) And cold! Well I put the suite on the new Ho hanger and the next day (12 hrs later) I went for a surf and was surprised that the inside was fairly dry! Amazing!!! Usually it takes my winter suites forever to dry since it’s in a cold basement and I rinse out the inside after each surf. After that surf, I rinsed and hung the suit again- the next day (with a completely soaked wetsuite) yielded similar results. Obviously not 100% dry overnight but for a thick wetsuite, dry enough that it’s not cold to put on the next morning! And your feet aren’t getting caught up trying to pull on a suit in 30 degree air temps! But the main reason I purchased this was to extend the life of my wetsuits. I take good care of them to get the most out of them, but one of the first mode of complete failure over the years is the stretching out of the shoulders from hanging to dry on a plastic hanger... then the shoulder material gets worn out and starts to leak. I posted a few pics showing the difference... I’m really pleased! Plus the suite dries quicker so it’s not as much weight hanging and pulling it down on the hanger. The hanger also holds open the whole suit pretty well, including the legs and arms. As seen in one of my pics, it holds open the neck area a good 2 inches to introduce good airflow. All around amazing!Lastly- I was wondering why the hanger has a button to fold and collapse itself... the question was answered the first time I tried to hang a chest entry/zip suit! The hanger is so big that it will not fit in without collapsing and then opening it inside! Great design idea!!!Overall - just like all of Ho Stevie’s products- this thing is worth every penny!! And it’s already cheap and a good deal! Extend the life of your suite and don’t ever have the excuse of not paddling out cause your suite is wet and cold! Thanks Bro Ho Stevie!

Compact wetsuit hanger great for training divers.
I like how compact this hangar is and that it spreads out my wetsuit to dry quickly.

Awesome wetsuit hanger
Awesome hanger, it dries out my Spearfishing wetsuit twice as quick by opening it up and keeps the shape better.

Quite good -- here's a simple mod you that will increase weight capacity a lot, and some use tips
I haven't found a better *folding* hanger that has sufficiently wide shoulders for a wetsuit. This product really isn't designed to be sturdy enough for a full 7-8mm suit, and originally mine failed because the wetsuit's weight caused the two shell pieces (containing the locking mechanism) to come apart. But if you use very beefy zip ties, just on either side of the release button, to tightly hold the shell together, if you use a bit of care (see notes below), this hanger can handle a wet full 8mm suit, and I used one successfully in this manner for a few years. Eventually, the small plastic triangle that holds the wing up broke on one side, so I'm ordering another; I might have been too careless with my first one. USE NOTES: To deploy, put the *folded* hanger through the wetsuit neck, and then *press the button* and lift the wings of the hanger into the wetsuit shoulders while the hanger is *inside* the suit. *Don't* act like you're hanging a sweater: Don't open both wings *outside* the suit and then cram the extended hanger wing down the neck of the suit and into the shoulder to open up the suit, and then stretch the other suit shoulder over the other wing. The hanger won't take that.

Best of the Top 2 - I've Bought and Used Both
I bought 1 each of the Ho Stevie and the other highly rated wetsuit hanger that's bought often. Ho Stevie is $4-5 more but IMO better by a wide enough margin to be worth it. We needed a couple more so we bought these. Better because:1) the collapse and stay open mechanism is more solid. It's easy to unlock and stays locked reliably. The other one takes some work which isn't a huge deal but you're usually standing in the cold trying to hang your wetsuit and want to collapse and re-open to save the neoprene neck stretch.2) the hook is a bigger loop which means I can hang it in more places. The other one is about the size of a traditional hanger which is fine and works well but there are a couple spots I like to hang suits where the wider hook made of plastic is easier to hang and remove. Again, not a big deal but nice.3) comes with westsuite care tips and simple hanger instructions. they're nothing you can't find on the interwebs but still, it's nice to open the box and have what looks like a homemade set of pictures and tips for keeping your wetsuits in good condition and making the most of the thing you just receivedAll in all, the company that makes the Ho Stevie is a company that loves surfing and is making products for people who surf. They understand the details of what's helpful and they're stoke-enriched products. The other hangers are solid, less expensive and highly functional. I like them and if you want to save a few dollars then they're great. But they're clearly made by manufacturing experts who design, package and market to those who want to save money vs. get the best product possible (or they don't understand what makes these the best product).
