Monoprice hasn't let me down yet
Does the job, send it 4K 60 Hz signal from my computer on one side of the room to TV on the other. Not much more to say

Works at 30ft
Needed a cable that would not cutout on me. Using for TV 30 ft from PC. I had a normal 30ft HDMI cable that cutout constantly. This Active HDMI cable never cuts out. Works perfect.

Great Cable!
I use this cable for mobile setups when I connect my laptop to displays more than 25' away. It's a heavy cable so properly coiling it after each use isn't the easiest compared to thinner gauges, but it's worth the extra effort knowing the cable isn't going to fall apart next week.

4k60+HDR at 35ft - No problem!
Very happy with this 35ft cable!First off, it has to be noted that the Monoprice "Luxe" line has changed over the years, and reviews from years ago don't necessarily reflect the current product, despite the information in the Amazon product listing. Most notably, the 'active' chipset changed in late-2017/early-2018 from an antiquated RedMere chipset to the newer Spectra7 HT8181. This brings HDCP 2.2 compliance and it also improves the signal. The cable I got had a 2018 manufacture date and touted 4K @ 60hz and YUV 4:4:4 (compared to this listing's YUV 4:2:0). At the same time, I also got a 30ft Monoprice Cabernet cable (with the older chipset), and despite being 5ft shorter, it performed worse. As the Cabernet and Luxe lines used to share a chipset, I can see the older reviews' disappointment. So with that out of the way, how does the cable perform? Excellently, by my tests. I've used it to pass a 4k@60 HDR YUV 4:2:2 signal with Dolby Digital audio, and it does so without a hiccup. It's also super responsive, and my TV acquires a signal quickly without the handshake struggle you sometimes get. As a note, my use case is a PC with an nVidia GTX 970 connected directly to a Samsung KS8000.It's also a very sturdy cable and feels very rugged. Material quality seems very high -- all-in-all, a premium cable feel (which it should have for the price!).

Audio problem on multiple cables
Bought because I had a cable run from my PC to TV of 35 feet and it was suggested I use an active HDMI cable to make sure there was no signal loss. Picture quality is alright aside from some artifacts and I can't tell what causes them when they do appear but I have mostly been able to find workarounds when it does happen. The real problem has been the audio. I can't say for sure what it is about this cable that messes up the signal but when certain sounds play or many sounds play at once from my PC to the TV, the cable will cut the audio altogether sometimes for several seconds at a time and continue to cut in and out. I replaced my first cable because of this problem and thought the 2nd would have better luck. Well, I tried so many things to get the problem to go away but now I am outside the return window and stuck with it. I tried using digital optical from the TV to a sound bar and even using the headphone port on the TV but the signal is still coming from the defective cable so the problem propagates through to any other device downstream. I have tested other cables I own and the problem does not happen with them. I have tried all ports on my TV and even another HDMI device and isolated this problem to the cable. The bandwidth of the cable should not be saturated either even when carrying a 4k 60Hz signal. Despite the other reviews saying that this cable works perfectly for them and that it succeeded where others failed, I suggest not even thinking about trying this if you need an active HDMI cable because even if it works at first you WILL find problems with it that you CANNOT live with. This may seem a good value compared to similar products but a polished turd is still a turd.

It's pretty. It's fast.
Looks shouldn't matter. After all, it's a CL2 cable for use behind walls. But it sure looks good. The connectors have a great silver complexion and the braid on the wire is a fine tweed look.I plugged it into my latest gen Apple TV and immediately got questions about HDR (a sign it's working) and notification that it the signal was 4K at 60hz.The 28awg wire is slightly more flexible than the 3 year old Monoprice cables it replaces. The length is 20 feet. I thought it would be 7' too long, but after weaving through the wall and media cabinet, it's perfect. It cares what end it in the TV and which is in the source, but it's well marked.I will buy 3 more.

Didn't work for me. Try a shorter 25 foot certified cable from Monoprice instead.
Although this didn't work for me, I have a pretty good guess as to why it didn't work.My current setup: AVR-S730H connected to a LG 65C7P with an Oppo UDP-203 providing 4K playback.I connected the cable and I immediately noticed sparkles. Deep Color was not enabled yet. I tried changing the color space to 4:2:0 and that didn't remove the sparkles.I think I understand why I couldn't get a clean connection. I think if I would have connected directly from my Oppo to the TV that configuration may have worked. Adding interconnects adds impedance and at this length impedance is critical. Connecting directly from the Oppo to my TV ruins my setup though and I didn't try this connection.I ordered a 25 foot Monoprice certified premium HDMI cable. That cable worked. OMG it worked and I've been really happy. I'm not going to bad mouth this cable or Monoprice. Only certified premium HDMI cables are certified to work. That's the risks we take in using long cables.Yes, I know I could have used a super long fiber optic HDMI cable, but look at the gigantic price difference. I say use the cheapest cable that works. To everyone struggling to get a long HDMI cable that works and isn't expensive: good luck. I feel your pain.

Careful not supporting eARC
Very disappointed. Did thought a 72$ cable would support near to recent technology. Don’t buy this. I installed these in my walls before closing them. Did not realize they are not eARC compliant. Now I am stuck with these without Atmos possible. And have Atmos speakers for nothing. Buy these solely for display. Else stay away.

Works well, but expensive.
I bought this cable for my VR PC in my basement livingroom.I was going to route the HDMI cable 1 way, but then decided to go the other way around the couch :(So now I need to get the 50' cable as I need a touch over 40'.For now, I'm using this 35' cable, but it's just running on the floor and not in the wall behind my TV.My only complaint about the cable is the price, it's pricey but it works well.

Warning!!! Total waste of money!!! Do not buy!!!
This cable is truly awful. Stay away. I ran this 25’ cable in-wall and under-deck to an outdoor system and the cable worked for exactly 1 day before dying. Luckily I ran another HDMI cable alongside it just in case. I’m glad I did as it would be a nightmare opening up the walls and finished underside of the deck again to run a new cable. I would have returned this, but it’s in my damn walls now and I’m not pulling this piece of crap out.

The only thing that I found is that I had to push it in a little harder than I am comfortable with. The first day I plugged it in
I a very impressed with the build of this cable. I am using this cable for a run from my Onkyo receiver to my BenQ projector and it has fixed my display issue. The only thing that I found is that I had to push it in a little harder than I am comfortable with. The first day I plugged it in, it was perfect all day. The next day I had no picture, when I went to the projector and pressed it in a little harder the picture came back. I have had no problem at all in the last few weeks. Overall, very happy with this purchase. If you don't hear from me again, I am a happy customer.
