Increased milk supply!
This drink is amazing! I struggled with milk production and this helped increase my supply. It tastes good and is an affordable option. Highly recommend.

Tasty and works
I had my twins early and had a c section which can negatively affect milk production and cause it to come in slow. I was struggling to keep up with the twin who was struggling with formula (spitting up, losing weight). Within 24 hrs, my pumping has went from 30ml to 55-60ml. I know also have the let down sensation around every two hours. I mix with 6oz cold milk and it tastes like a milkshake. Even better than some of the protein shakes I’ve had in the past. Definitely worth the try

Boosts milk supply but acquired taste!
I used these daily at the beginning of breastfeeding/pumping journey. After a few months my freezer supply was stocked up so I decreased my pumps and forgot to reorder more milk flow. After 9 months postpartum and dropping to 3 pumps per day, I can see how much my supply has decreased so I reordered Milkflow and I can already see an ounce increase per pump after a day. The chocolate flavor tastes a lot better than the mix berry but it’s still strong so I like to use 1 part almond milk, 1 part water and a squirt of chocolate syrup. Use a shaker bottle and it seems to mask the taste well :-)

Use a frother to mix!
I read all the reviews stating this was hard to mix and was left clumpy, and I agree. If you use a spoon to mix this into liquid it will not mix well and you will be drinking little clumps of chocolate powder, which didn’t bother me all that much but I get it. Not ideal. Enter the frother. I had bought one (here on Amazon) for something like $6 because another drink powder product I had purchased recommended it be mixed using a frother. So I tried it with this product and lo and behold, it worked incredibly well. Yes, I like to mix it with milk and yes, it made my cold chocolatey beverage foamy on top. I drink it with a straw. It’s delicious. The foam eventually dissipates. I love it. Tastes great and I do feel it has helped increase my supply somewhat. Use the frother! It works.

Works good but not for us
I purchased the Milk Flow lactation powders in chocolate and berry. They taste very good and I enjoyed drinking them. However, I think this product made myself & my baby gassy. I was doing the chocolate with breakfast and the berry at some point in the day. I could tell a difference in gas when I stopped drinking them. My supply did drop as well. So, they definitely were helping to increase milk volume. Of course this gas issue may not happen for everyone because everyone’s gut is different. But, just something to keep in mind if having gas issues. I wish I could continue them but they’re not for us :(

Love the taste.
i see a difference in milk supply. And I lOOVE the taste. Doesnt desolve well in milk. But I don't like it with water. So i spend more time mixing as much as i can. I started heating for a bit until i noticed it says not too. not sure why. WHoops. So i went back to mixing it. Going on 5th box.

It works and tastes good
My supply dwindled after skipping a few night pumps and spacing out pumps. I wanted to get serious again because I didn't want to switch to formula. I started having these one a day and I think it really helped!I should say that I also did a few other things all at once to keep up my supply:- consistently pumping every 3 to 4 hours- drinking more water and also Body Armor- eating a daily Oatmeal Cream Little DebbieFor the Milkflow mixture, I make it into a hot chocolate. I use about half hot water to dissolve the powder and then add about half milk and marshmallows. It does have a maple flavor but I think it's good.

Tastes great but SO HARD to mix!!!!
Love the taste, mildly effective, motivated hydration, and smelled great. But is the WOST about mixing. I had to leave it in a shaker cup to continue shaking before I took a sip! The most hydrophobic powder I’ve even seen.
