Hello, my product arrived however my first speed doesn’t the pula and the 2 nd speed works but not the 1st what can be done about that?

Disappointing product for me as well. Worked fine 3or4 times then nothing. Haven't thrown it out yet but it's heading in that do

is this machine auto works or i have to hold and push the cub base down for make it works ? . 6 blades ?

It has a dial on the front for two speeds and pulse but will not work unless the cup is locked in. It has four blades.

Can I purchase extra parts for this? I don't like how it came with only one lid and would be interested in purchasing more parts if possible.
