I knew these were cheap when I purchased them, but was hopeful that they would serve a purpose in our cabinets to add light. A few of them worked really good, others had to be "forced" to work, and two wouldn't work no matter what we did to them. The double stick that secures them to the wall was also not strong enough to hold them for more than a few days, but we had some good 3M tape and got the ones that work mounted and working.Update: after having these "operational" and in use for the past month or so, you might want to find another option if you want anything that will last. Three have fallen from their sticky placed options and one more will not work...so we are at 2 out of 6 that are still working...

Made in C......the things are cheaply made, but BUT if you are only needing them in emergency, like for a bathroom, or a bed room closet etc.. they will work. The contacts come out of the battery holder very easily, and most of them were not making contacts with the battery terminal...and no the batteries are not included. We jiggled things around, used the 3 AAA batteries per light. and now they are placed in rooms that need a little help when the electricity goes out and the kids can use the toilet and not miss, and so on....these dont seem good enough for routine useage, but leds last longer and for power outages it is nice to have something to tap so you can manuever your home.

it's okay. They are under my cabinets in my kitchen and I am definitely going to get the electrical ones. The light burns through batteries like crazy to the point I don't even turn them on anymore. I only used them when I was cooking or in the kitchen preparing something and I felt as though I was replacing the batteries constantly. kind of disappointed in the product. I would not recommend these for additional kitchen ambient lighting. Go electrical cord instead. C-

These lights are not that bright and they do not stick very well. I have them hanging under a shelf at my desk at work. Several times I have come into work to find them sitting on the desk because they fell. The lighting is so poor I still have to use a desk light to see what I'm doing. I am going to go to Lowe's and buy something else.UPDATE: I originally rated this product as a 3 star item. The seller, NEON, saw I was unhappy with the product and offered to replace the item or refund my money. Replacing my item still wouldn't solve my issue so they refunded my money. Best customer service ever!

These served the purpose for which I bought them! :) I wanted some lighting for my shelves in my entertainment center. I am always nervous with tap lights that they will have that blue LED glow, which I can't stand. These were by no means the warmest light in the world, but better than anything I've seen for a great price. I don't do wiring and I wanted something I could just stick on the center and tap to make it glow. These do require 3 AAA batteries each which do not come included, which is a bummer. I can't speak to how long the batteries last yet. We won't be leaving the lights on all the time, probably just for company or when we are looking for ambiance, so I am not overly concerned with that. I have enclosed a photo of the one shelf in my center. The light is stuck on the top and the space is about 8 x 10 inches. I can't picture the light being powerful in a bigger space, but in that small 8 x 10" space it is lovely. I don't even feel the photo does it much justice!

This Pack of 6 battery powered tap lights are attractive while providing nice lighting. They do need to be pressed to be turned on. These lights are ideal for a child’s room, a dark closet or any room that could benefit from light. Also it is a good idea to have these lights installed in case of a power outages since it is battery operated (requires 3 AAA batteries, not included). They do come with adhesive on the back so simply take the adhesive off and place where you desired."I received this product free or discounted for my honest and unbiased review." Lights are bright, but not diffused enough to provide an even lighting of the countertop, approx. 16" belowr the light. Instead, it gives more of a spotlight effect. The lens should be of a foggy material that will diffuse the light.Also, the double-stick tape does not hold to the underside of the cabinet, and the lights fall off within 1 hour. An option to screw the lights to the cabinet bottom should be provided. Cannot use lights as intended. Can't complain about the price, but I'll have to find another use for them.

these are very poorly made. I was installing them on a clean surface and they stuck for less than one day. while installing batteries I dropped one onto my desk and 2 of the 3 plastic prongs that hold the light on broke off. This basically makes one of the pucks useless. I read similar reviews but gave them a chance. Be warned you know not to buy these.
