Does this have an always on function?

Not sure what you mean, I guess if you leave your bathroom light switch on it will remain on. This is a straight on/off fan with light operated by a light switch. The night light feature has to be wired separately. There's is no built in timer or auto shut-off

can this fan be fitted with the speakers kit?

YEs. The SPCACC is compatible with the QTXE150FLT.

what comes with the fan/light?

The housing with light/light bulb,fan, and instructions for installation. The night light bulb is not included.
