Not sure what Bayer did with CAMPHO-PHENIQUE. They wrote me last August that they had trouble gettingone of the ingredients from their plant. :-) I was told it would be back in October. All I see is their Gel form now.You would think if they have the ingredients for the Gel they would for the liquid. So I wrote them again and have notreceived an answer. Perhaps they have discontinued the liquid? It is on their website but not available anywhere withthe store locator and they only show the 3/4 oz bottle now.I was looking for a generic brand before this but there were none to be found. Now I see that this brand must have seen avoid and filled it. I'm glad. It's the same percent of ingredients at half the price. I will tell Bayer I no longer want their product :-)I have to wonder if they owned it when I used it at age 3. I'm 57 now :-) I think Bayer should have stuck with Aspirin and kept out of their newer pesticide and fertilizer products.You snooze, you loose Bayer. This is what I wanted before you lagged behind. Now it's available.Thank you Quality Choice!Update:I was now told by Bayer it will be available again but they discontinued the 1.75oz bottle :-)I told them I now have a 10 year supply at half their cost.The active ingredients of Quality Choice are exactly the same percent.I encourage all to patronize this company to thank them for filling the void.And it's in a GREEN bottle too!

An excellent substitute for a old product no longer produced by Bayer.
I really hate that Bayer no longer makes this mainstay in my medicine cabinet…. glad to find this substitute… works just like the old faithful.
