Q: Is this good for nesr freezing temperatures? Say on average between 31-45°F?

I would say no. My daughter is the proud owner of this sweatshirt. It's very thin, I would wear something underneath it to help. I tend to be a freeze baby though!!

Q: Can this keep you warm?

It is more comfortable than warm, though the material is relatively thick. It really depends on the temperature! I find I can wear mine in warm and cool temps.

Q: What are the measurements for a small/medium

They run small. My daughter is thin (size 2: S/M & she’s tall: 5’5”) I bought her a L/XL
