Missing parts / No support from manufacturer
Item showed up with missing parts and Amazon / Pacline could not supply the missing items. Trolley is useless with out assembly hardware or rigging eye. Item is seems built well but useless without parts required to assemble. No support from Pacline is very poor - customer satisfaction is not in their business model.
