Excellent Phablet for price
I owned this phablet for a month, and loved it. It is very responsive, has a good display and good speakers. As a phone, it works perfectly as a conference room speaker phone. Being able to make and receive phone calls with the tablet is an absolute gotta for me. It works great on T-Mobile and 2.5GHz WiFi. The GPS is a little weak, and I have to be careful where I put it in the SUV when using it for navigation, whereas my Nexus 7 has no GPS losses at all anywhere in the SUV. Installing the "Volume Booster" app bumps up the volume enough to use as a extra TV in the kitchen with the Cox Contour app. The only feature I miss is an HDMI output.A word of caution though, this is an excellent phablet for the price, but the display glass is thin. You need to treat the tablet with reasonable care. It is not rugged Gorilla Glass like a Nexus 7 or 9, but also costs a fraction of what a Nexus does. The manufacturer really needs to coordinate with a good case manufacturer to make a case available that properly protects the phablet.WARNING: DO NOT BUY THE UNIGRIP 10 FOLIO CASE. It is a terrible design, and after using it for a month, the case cracked the tablet screen by putting pressure on the side of the glass. You can find more details in my review on that case. Hopefully someone will provide a good case for this phablet soon.UPDATE: A strong recomendation for this phablet; After spending hours looking at replacement options, including Galaxy Note 10.1 and Tab S2, I just ordered a replacement G1058. If you need a 10" phablet for TMobile and want to make phone calls, this is it right now. But, plan on cobbling together a case until one is available.Wish list to the vendor: next version please add HDMI port, TMobile 700MHz Band 12 Extended-LTE, compass, a more sensitive GPS antenna, and a commitment to provide a few android updates. I would appreciate a little higher price and weight for a stronger glass and shell. Please coordinate with a good case manufacturer to have a case available that protect on all edges. But, you can leave out the FM radio. And, a USB-C port would be icing on the cake. Thank You.

TERRIBLE TABLET
First, the seller is fine. The actual tablet is TERRIBLE. It won't run hardly any software, what it will run is slow as dial up. The case came apart at seams as soon as it was opened up. The camera is useless, even with optimal lighting images are of grainy, poor quality. Tablet loses connection to Bluetooth keyboard every 5-15 minutes & memory card must be reinserted with even the slightest bump. Many features, including the call option, will not function or are completely unavailable, despite being listed as factory in the manual. Seller issued a full refund.

Main use GPS
I bought this Azpen 10" 4G android Phablet to use primarily as a GPS for when I go to Europe (I live in US). Pretty much the same price as a stand alone GPS unit but can do much more since it is an Android. For the purpose of a GPS using downloaded offline maps this thing works great, I would like to add that I do not use the phone SIM ability yet, I only have WiFi connected to download the maps . When out of WiFi range the GPS still works great with downloaded maps. I can use google maps and Google Earth with no problem as long as I am in WiFI range or have downloaded maps. I did purchase an app called Sygic Navigation, this app lets you down load maps for pretty much all around the world, so one does not need WiFi nor a SIM card to use the GPS when out of range. Just a small note, I have a 64G flash mem card to store the maps, they take up a lot of storage space. The GPS is slow to start up and slow to update when I turn a corner or direction, but location seems to be actuate where I am suppose to be. The volume is loud enough to hear the voice navigation over the car noise. The app makes use of the camera and the app says the camera of this device is not supported, but the camera does seem to work somewhat. The display is 10.1" which is pretty good for following the maps, the downside is this thing is too big and blocks the view of wherever it is in front. Now that I know better I probably would have went with a 7" display. Another app I use a lot is google remote desktop. This app seems to work great for the most part, although a few times the device has locked up not responding, (box pops up to choose wait or close). The Azpen 10.1" phablet comes with a nice case and blue tooth KB, but these extras are not gonna be of use to me for my purpose. I plan to install a Vodophone Sim card when I reach London, I will update later when that works good. The battery last a long time, have not timed but it seems to no drain too much from the use.Complaints: 1. Android 6.0 and no way to upgrade to next version, not a big deal cause knew this before bought it. 2. Camera, not the operation of the camera but where it is on the rear side. The rear camera is on an opposite side compared to other major brand phablets, so it is impossible to find a case guard to match up the camera and buttons. 3. apps can be slow and sometimes lock up.

Comes with great keyboard case!
I purchased more than ten different brands of tablets on Amazon to compare, and I donated them to a school library in Africa where I volunteer. I got this item on lightening deal and at first I didnt think id buy another since there is not much RAM. The specs arent as good as some other tablets in the same price range. However, when you add in the bluetooth case it is not a bad deal. When I has purchased cases seperately it costs at least $30 and most cases do not have a universal fit for the power/charging/camera ports. This one is worth it. It took me more money and a lot more hours to put together a better package than thisIt has occassionally been slow but it is usable for several hours. The case is nice, depending on your use case may be worth the trade off in specs

device needs to work in order to rate it
very, very cute device, love the size, its unique, but can't get device to work, sometimes might get a test call through, other times a text after a couple tries, never data no matter what was tried, took to my carrier today and she said she thinks that in the number one sim card spot, there appears to be a prong bent, might be why it wont work, so she tried the number two slot, it doesn't work either, don't know why, unless the device has to have two sims installed to work, hope this has a warranty, if a defect is in fact the problem
