Will this fit a 4dr 2020? Does this company make the duster or tonneau cover to zip it to as shown in photo?

I installed mine on a 2019 JLU Sport S. Fits very well. I also have the tonneau and year they zip together to work as one unit. Install first time was a bit tricky but once I figured it out it fit very well, not something you will want to take on and off. Build quality was very good. Would recommend to a friend.

Does it cut down on the amount of air going through and swirling in the cab... (will it help with my wife and daughters' hair blowing in their face)?

It works great along with a bikini top and the windows up. But if you are going topless and windows open or doors off then it won't do much. It was bought for those mornings that are cold to minimize the air flow to stay warmer, works great for that.

Will this zip to the MasterTop Tonneau cover?

I own a 2020 JLU Sahara Jeep and this product worked out well as long as you purchase the bar supports the cover across the rear door
