DO NOT bother
When you print on these, the heat from the laser printer seems to cause the paper to go light grey all over. This is a splotchy grey that is not printer haze but some reaction with the heat. I've tried it on 3 different printers and all get the same reaction. To test, I also ironed a sheet quickly and it turned the same splotchy grey.....NOT worth the $

Love the paper quality but the available designs are lacking
Originally I thought of Avery as a label company, but over the past five or so years they've come out with a range of products geared towards branding and marketing. I've tried quite a few and have always been impressed with the quality and these were no exception. I think the glossy paper feels and looks nice. It's definitely more professional than standard printer paper. That said, I wasn't that impressed with the designs available for this product within Avery's online design and print tool. There are only 32 if you want to do a tall brochure and 12 if you want to do a wide brochure. Many of the Avery products I've used before offer a lot more designs, so I was disappointed to find so few for this product. They also don't seem to be on par with the templates I've seen offered on Etsy or for free on blogs. If you have a certain aesthetic in mind you may want to peek at Avery's library before purchasing to see if you find something you like. Once you do find a style I do think Avery makes it intuitive to personalize your design, which I appreciate, and I like that you can design and print online so no software is necessary. In summary, I think that the quality of the paper good, but I do wish that the designs were on par with the quality of the product itself.

Great Product For My New Business Brochures
I selected this product because I liked the idea of being able to create professional brochures to help promote my business. I generally use flyers or business cards, but I think brochures have several advantages over these options, since they have more room to discuss the business and just look more professional (in my opinion, that is). This was my first time ever using a product to create brochures. As I have mentioned before, I'm not a very tech-savvy person, so I worried that I might have some trouble trying to work with these brochures on my HP Deskjet F4140 printer.Unfortunately, my worries did not prove to be entirely unfounded. I didn't have much difficulty until I tried to format both the front and the backside of the brochures: this was VERY tricky. I also thought the directions for this product were not very specific and seemed somewhat vague. I had to attempt several trial-and-error runs (and waste several of the brochures) before I got the hang of it. However, if you're very computer and printer savvy, this may not be a big issue for you. Once I finally figured out the proper way to setup and print my brochures, the process went much more smoothly! This product does have several features that I liked:*The white, glossy paper that comes with this product produces a really beautiful finished product. SO much nicer than regular printer paper!*The glossy paper is scored, so you know exactly where to fold the paper to create an even, symmetrical brochure. I thought this was a nice feature, since it adds to the professional look I was attempting to create.*After you register on the Avery website, you can choose from a variety of pre-made templates to use with your brochures. I found several templates that worked well with the image I had in my mind of what I wanted my finished product to look like. Although many of the templates are somewhat basic, I think they did do a good job of including a nice variety that could be used for various projects (business brochures, school projects).Overall, I think this is a good product, but I wish the directions had been more specific. It was frustrating to waste several of my pieces of glossy paper before I finally got the hang of it. If you're not technically inclined, you may want to get someone who is to help you figure this product out!

Heavy Duty Glossy Paper Makes These Look Nice
These are easy to create tri-fold brochures for laser printers that are on nice glossy paper. There are 12 designs on the Avery website that can be used for the brochures when done vertically and32 when done horizontally. These include a blank page that allows for creativity. The glossy paper looks nice and will stand out. The paper is listed as heavyweight paper and I agree. These come with three scores or indentations along the page that can be barely seen. If you choose to use the brochure as a single page document these scores are not really noticeable. If you want to fold the brochure they make it easy to turn them into a tri-fold brochure. These also come with mailing seals which are clear plastic circular seals with adhesive on them which can be use to hold the tri-fol brochure closed if you are mailing it.I like the paper and the designs, I only wish there were more designs on the Avery website.

Nice, professional looking brochure paper for laser printers
Lasr Prnt = Laser printer, the only type of printer for which these brochures are designed to print correctly. While an ink jet will print on them, it is faded and smudgy. The pages are very glossy, although not quite as nice as photo paper, and the results on a laser printer are very nice and professional looking. The pages are "prescored" which means that the paper already has a slight fold in it (but it doesn't get caught up in the printer) to make folding the brochure into 3rds easier. That is especially helpful with glossy, thicker paper. This set also includes seals that could be used for mailing. Standard brochure templates can be used to create the brochure, but in order to print the round labels, Avery software will need to be installed (works on PC and Mac).

Laser Print Only
The good news is the paper is scored -- very lightly, but it is. The bad news is Avery now makes us fill in our name and email address to use their online designer. The glossy paper feels smooth to the touch, very professional. Be aware that this is laser paper. Inkjet ink will smudge. Trust me, I tried that.
