I’m really impressed with these mouth guards! They’re super easy to fit, comfortable to wear, and don’t feel bulky at all, which is perfect for sleeping. Product is fine but packaged with small in one sealed packet and large in another without any markings on the outside to explain which is which.

I’ve been really happy with the mouth guard I purchased! It is easy to put in and you don’t notice it in your mouth through the night - unlike brace retainers etc.The price for the product and the product you receive is amazing - you are definitely get your moneys worth.I’ve always been someone to grind my teeth at night so this has prevented me damaging my own teeth.I definitely recommend if you are looking for mouth support/to stop you grinding your teeth.

UPDATED - I've changed my score from 1 - 3, because the company have offered excellent customer service and made a full refund, without me asking. Which makes it even more upsetting that the product just didn't work for me.- Really sad to be writing this, as was hopeful that this would resolve my teeth grinding at night. Sadly, the smallest one, still feels way too big. The ridge rubs my gums making them sore, I dribble when it's in and constantly gagging. Haven't been able to keep it in more than 10 minutes and definitely can't sleep with it.
