How do I size the rope?

It's easy! You hold a handle in each hand and stand on the cable. Slide the cable under your feet until the ends of the cable are at about your armpit. Cut the cable a little long at first - as you get more proficient you'll want a slightly shorter cable. There are instructions on the box as well. We hope this helps! - Mil-Spec Ropes

How thick is the rope and can you purchase other rope weight?

The coated cable is 3/32" thick and balanced very well. The uncoated stainless cable (available direct) is 1/16" thick, and a bit lighter. If you have any other questions let us know!

Do you sell just the ropes? My rope is frayed to hell after 2 years of hard use.

I got a replacement rope on the mil spec website. Make sure you get the screws too because it didn’t have one on either end.
